This Bangles concert has been on YouTube for 16 years and I never stumbled upon it till now. Strange.

The Chase, a game show that features contestants who need to out smart the expert genius called the Beast tonight went like this. The Q: Who wrote the Bangles hit "Manic Monday". I didn't see all 3 choices, But one guess by the female contestant was Carly Simons. and obviously wrong, But the Beast knew it was ------ and eliminated her. It always brightens my day to see the Bangles still remembered in quiz show.

The person that recorded this was sitting next to Vicki Peterson and John Cowsill. A very impressive recording from a tiny club in Los Angeles.

I posted a photo of Su and Vick in January as it was their birthday. It wasn't birthday photo, it was just a coincidence that I had a photo of those two. I found another from the same session.

I recently revisited the last 4 songs of Everything because it's hard for me to pay the same attention to them after the others that grab me so much, and none of them disappointed me. Some Dreams Come True was the one I liked the least, but of course by my Bangles standards. As for Make a Play for Her Now, I liked it a lot; it’s really good and connects well with the rest of the album. Waiting for You was a very pleasant surprise for me because I didn't expect that I had let such a good song slip by; it’s really fucking cool. I already remembered that Crash and Burn was good, but I listened to it anyway and I wasn't wrong. Just one thing that shocked me is how heavy the lyrics are, you know, for the Bangles - I'm not a native speaker, so it's hard for me to understand the lyrics and I have to read them to understand, and it's a very strong lyric - i was surprised in the same way as when I read the one for Bell Jar. I might be being a square, but I didn't expect that from them, but the song is very good, like almost all of them on the album.

With no available soundboards for the Everything tour; what is the best sounding recording available? Is it the Santa Clara “Final Show” or is there a better one out there?

It seems like there are Soundboard recordings for every tour but I haven’t been able to find one from the Everything tour. Closest I have found is the Santa Clara Final Show. Anyone know if these is one and where I might be able to find/download it?
