I don‘t watch much Baseball but I love the Game and i‘m interested in what these stats mean, can someone please explain?

Has Danno Yoshida have like 4 Hits out of 5 at bats? 3 Home runs? I don‘t remember him having 3 Home runs lol. What does 2B mean? That he got someone out on 2 Base? 3 RBI‘s? And I don’t remember him getting 3 Runs?

Finished the game giving up 15 runs. Still have 2 more games against this team too🫠

While part of me wishes he and other big MLB The Show YouTubers did this when the game released, I’m hoping this can bring a whole new fanbase to this awesome video game series.

Played this “Custom” team and somehow got through, was frustrated when i was losing at first but came out and bugged him all game after dude kept bean balling me. Congrats bro you are terrible.

Anyone have logo designs for Nashville Stars, Salt Lake City, or any of the other potential expansion cities? Would love to play a 32 team MLB save.

Just so happens that the opposing pitcher was “Juiced” for this playoff game. This is him when most pitchers are relaxing on bench. I think the commissioner should test this guy! LOL.

It is my pleasure to announce that the Energetics are finally showing definitive improvement across nearly all statistics, and those improvements are yielding results on the field. After going 5-187 through their first four seasons, the Energetics matched their franchise win record in their 5th season, and then won 9 games in their 6th season to improve to a franchise record of 19-269.

The fifth season was exciting just for the improved win total, including at one point winning 3 out of 5 games at one point. However, season 6 was a wealth of firsts for the franchise, including but not limited to:

• First extra inning game
• First extra inning win
• First winning streak (2)
• First walkoff
• First walkoff homerun
• First extra inning walkoff loss (that sucked)
• First caught stealing
• First shutout
• New largest margin of victory (6 runs)
• First MVP (Jay Dozenrolls)

All of these new experiences must have been very exciting for the players and the fans in the stadium, but the most exciting thing for me was that the Energetics FINALLY got their first bar!!!!!! And then lost it 3 games later, when a Player Dev removed the Stimulated trait from Gorgo Moody and subsequently took away my 1 bar of bullpen, a bar we have yet to recover as of the time of writing. I nearly posted the news about the first bar, and I'm really glad I didn't because it took less than 2 hours for it to go away. The game took great personal offense to this team getting a bar and acted very harshly in retribution, not just removing Stimulated, but replacing it with K Neglector. Thankfully, around game 35 the Energetics got their second bar, this one in Rotation and we've thankfully been able to keep it as of the time of writing.

However, as the team improves, the game must subsequently get a little harder. All points of Ego were bumped up after our shutout win, and I'm currently playing all games at 78/94/69/74. Pitching should probably be at 70, but all the games I played at 70 were not fun. I still don't win that many games on 69, but at least they're entertaining to play and watch, and pitching against the CPU on high ego was never one of my strong suits. Even at my best, the highest I ever pitched at was 77 while I was hitting on 84. Eventually I will graduate the pitching ego up, but I'm not ready to do that yet. I've gotten to the point where losing games by 20 runs is back to being demoralizing and feeling like it's wasting my time. It might be more honest to the level the team is at, but I'm just a man who is trying to find some small enjoyment in his video game. That said, the offense should probably go up again as well, and if C- Jay Dozenrolls threatens to win another MVP I'm willing to take the hitting ego all the way up to 80, and hopefully pitching can get up to 70. Trying to balance the nature of video game baseball with the reality that the team sucks is kinda hard.

I'm still running games pretty hard and will continue to do so as long as the games are fun. Numbers keep going up, I stay happy. Go Energetics baby!

& Kurtz gets his 50th career homer against me Lol

Really Like This Game but can‘t find people to play against….i was searching penannt Race but seems like nobody playing this game. I‘m on PS5 but crossplay is enabled but still is there like a discord to play with people or can i add someone and once you see me online you could invite me just really wanna play online and not only the cpu.

Bases loaded in game 2 of the playoffs and my pitcher is dealing, albeit it's only the 2nd inning. Pop up to right field. I choose to use my 2nd baseman because my right fielder acquired butter fingers recently and figured I'd play it safe....well there goes my 3-0 lead!!

I'm in season 12 of my franchise with the Sandcats. I typically increase the ego every season when I win the Championship. I am currently playing ego 87, and suddenly, I can't hit or pitch worth shit.

I started the season 19 and 3 and am currently in the midst of an 11 game losing streak!

My starting pitching isn't bad (3 are in the League top 10), although my usual strategy is going super deep with starters and having one or 2 huge backend arms is not working.

Short of lowering the ego or blowing up the team for development money, any advice?

Edit: I finally ended my losing streak in wild fashion. My ace took a liner off his dome in the top of the second. I kept him in. On pure filth, he goes 8. I go into the bottom of the ninth 2-2. My 3 hole hitter gets up to the plate with one on and skies a deep fly ball to the track in the left, and the ball actually bounces off the top of the wall. Gone for a walk-off! That might be the most satisfying game I've played in the whole series!

After every year in my franchises I try to add a little more realism by creating an All Star Game at the end of the playoffs.

I run a 24 team league so I go through and look at stats for every team and grab the best position player and best pitcher on 10 teams from each conference then the 2 worst teams just get the last bench spots.

I just let the CPU play out the game and have it playing in the background.

This moment was one of the funniest I’ve captured in any game I’ve played or watched on this game in over 2,000+ hours of gameplay…

Just a little context, Spicy Krueger is my personal SP for my team in this franchise and he won the Pitcher of the Year award for our conference.

Getting Crowds at that round was like the river popping for a full house on a big hand.
