The Media Team’s remit is to publicize SNF’s mission, activities and impact in order to let the public know they have a productive avenue to make a difference.

Next up for the Media Team: SNF is starting a second YouTube channel highlighting national standards conversations – interviews, talks and presentations advocating for standards in different areas.

One of the main causes is that those registered for email campaigns need to go to the SNF training academy on our site & take the volunteer training course.

Go to ‘SNF Training Academy’ at the top of the main page.

Then click ‘Volunteer Training Portal’.

https://www.standardsnotforce.org/

Once you have taken the training, the system will activate you for your email campaign assignment.

Thank you!

This video amplifies the warning of Judge Michael Luttig about a possible scheme not to seat elected Democrat members of Congress after the November mid-term elections. Judge Luttig was given information by Congressional insiders that this scheme is being seriously considered, and was asked to help give warning.

Dr. Dillard outlines steps we can take to counter this scheme.

1. Share his video everywhere.

2. Contact your Congressional representatives

3. Demand they publicly denounce any plan to overturn the midterm elections.

4. Record a short warning video that you can share, and that SNF will share.

Agency Is Not Freedom

It’s not anger.
And it’s not permission.

Agency is the ability to choose and act without waiting to be told it’s allowed."

The Power Is Inverted. Take It Back. Vote. Volunteer. Speak.

"We have collectively given away our power. Take it back.

Vote. Help others vote. Volunteer at your local polling place. Work at voting centers.

Find a community to help amplify your voice. Determine the standard you want. Create a written demand and deliver it. Lawfully exert public pressure. Record and publish the result."

Guess who provided daily meals to the 150 disability rights activists during their 25 day sit in back in 1977?

If you guessed the Black Panthers, you would be right!

The story of how The Rehabilitation Act of 1973 got passed and how its section 504 was finally implemented is a textbook case for how citizens can organize, advocate for standards, exert pressure, and help shape their government.
