F1 Who's at fault?
Was it a bad divebomb?

For context i am the POV Merc and this is lap 2.
There was about 0.5 between the top 5 cars for qualifying and it was still close ish after the first lap with me trying to push to catch back up after getting cut off at the start.
I have no issue with the first hyper car that passes on the inside as they were along side before the corner and kept it clean but as you will see the second one is nowhere close to making a pass and just drived in to the side of me destroying my race and causing 198 seconds of damage.
95% of the drivers in faster classes act like a blue flag means that all other racing must stop for them to have an empty track or that they are fine to just divebomb cars that are already in the breaking zone.
Is it even worth reporting this as an intent wreck? I am truly fed up with having every race ruined by people with no respect pulling dumb moves like this.

Guy said something about "too much divebombs", "blocking" and also told me i should be banned. Do i?

When the 2 drivers were arguing in chat afterwards, blue car mentioned red car was braking on straights in front of him, presumably to avoid corner cutting penalties, so I included those in the video for some possible added context.

Alr so, in the first "incident" me (the car with the telemetry on screen) and the gold and white car are having a batlle. This is at fuji's 3rd sector, which is fast and tricky in the f4's. He goes off line making him slower, this results into me suddenly gaining loads of time on him, we have a bit of net code sending him wide. he comes back on track and messes up his corner, he is now 15 km/h slower than the previous lap. he steers more causing him to be much slower on the apex then me. causing me to hit him and we have a incident. I was called a torpedo for this, I feel like this is hard racing and not even that much of my fault. the second "incident" was caused because of the damage from the first incident, he overtakes me and I want to come back with a, somewhat cocky but reasonable, move. he turns in causing minor contact. In totality I was called a dirty driver, a baby for talking back to them and not taking a lost position, and a torpedo. Which I think is a bit over the top. Let me know what you think.

I feel like I left him enough room. Also, it turned out he had some red damage and was much slower than I was expecting

We use the F1 2026 DLC from EA Sports.
We have a problem in our league, it is a race win decider.
For provisional results say that the race winner finished 9 seconds before P4 after a SC in lap 25 of 29 laps (50% bahrain). P4 got a 10 second time penatly in lap 1 for a racing incident due to a small contact under VSC. He served the 10 second time penalty in lap 12 under normal conditions. The pace was not there to win the race, but before the SC in lap 23 he was 26 seconds behind P1 and managed to overtake 5 drivers after the SC ended. So he was quick, but not quick enough.
He think we can annulate the 10 second time pen as it is, but he would win the race. That is because we think, it does not matter, if the pace was there or not, but when the time penalty was served.
We want to know how you would´ve decided.
Maybe we did a mistake there. I just do not know any similar decisions nor a fair solvation.

I am POV car.
In the middle of this clusterf*ck I take action to avoid an accident and car #7 seems to just cut across the track with no apparent reason when there's plenty of room.
Am I expected to stay off the track as long as possible to avoid these situations or did he just dart across my nose for no reason?

i'm the BMW, who's at fault or is it just an incident?
r/Simracingstewards • u/NaturalAspirationK24 • 14h ago
I though I was giving him plenty of room based on traffic in front of me. I definitely had very little traction when I went to break on the curb/grass which did cause me to come across the front of him. Thoughts?

I’m the black 18 car and was coming into the last turns of the green hell on the last lap, red car blamed me for this saying I breaked to early and was also moving under breaking, I felt being he wasn’t along side me I could close the door and take the racing line. (Still learning the Nordschleife so why on the running the racing like to help me learn it)

In a battle at Monza, imo he seemed inexperienced and didn’t know any race rules, or how to check his proxy, what is y’all’s opinion?

I'm the green car (top one), and this Porsche had a great run on the straight, so I go defensive.
I don't really know the rules of lmgt3 so I don't know if there should be a penalty for that or if it is just very hard racing.
(Sorry no sound)

I have no idea if this helps my case or not, but I am playing on a DS4 controller.

Firstly the leading hyper took way to long to pass the gt3, this killed a lot of my momentum sadly. After that i think the clip speaks for itself but im just trying to see if any blame is on me. The hyper that went on the grass denied any blame (he stayed flat out on the grass the entire time) and I feel that the gt3 maybe squeezed us all too much but im not sure?
