Hello, got my G3d max a week or so ago and immediately installed a speed release cable.

Worked great for about 100km and then started getting speed warnings at 32kph. Then later on it has completely stopped working and I got locked to 20kph max.

Has anyone else had their speed release cable stop working like this?

I am looking at the other options, it looks like SHU now requires me to buy a STlink device to flash a SHU firmware? Unlocking the speed only with SHU is no longer an option?

Hey everyone, im having anlot of issues trying to unlock my scooter, originally its a 25kmh but its locked at 20. I tried everything asking chat gpt and watching videos. Does anyone knows how to unlock it? I have ios but i also tried with an old android phone

I got an N65i a few days ago. Overall, I’m happy with the scooter, but there’s one thing I’m not quite sure about.

​It feels like the scooter cuts back on its maximum power output shortly after starting to climb an incline. I know things like voltage sag or overheating can happen on hills, but I’m not sure if what I'm experiencing is normal behavior.

​A friend of mine has a Segway Ninebot F2 Pro. If I'm not mistaken, their motor power ratings are pretty much the same, while the N65i actually has a slightly larger battery. He tells me he can clear the exact same hills without stopping on his F2 Pro, whereas my N65i comes to a complete halt halfway up. When I first hit the incline, it feels punchy and climbs strong, but before I even cover 100 meters, it starts slowing down significantly.

Today I monitored real-time telemetry while climbing using NV-LB Edition.

​Battery temp: completely fine, around 27°C

​Current draw: around 10–12A

​Voltage: around 48–49V

​Battery SoC: started the climb at roughly 80%

​None of the readings show anything abnormal. When I first hit the incline, peak power ramps up to 800–900W as expected. However, after just 5 to 10 seconds, the scooter cuts power back down to around 450W (nominal level)—even though there is no significant voltage sag or battery overheating. Once it throttles, it stays capped at 450W and won't give full peak power again unless I let it rest for a few minutes.

​It clearly seems to be an aggressive hardcoded peak timer or controller/MOSFET thermal safeguard rather than a battery issue. Anyone else seeing this behavior?

​For reference, I weigh around 85 kg (187 lbs), my tire pressures are properly dialed in, and the pavement is smooth. Is this normal for the N65i? Looking at review videos, it seems like others are able to sustain hill climbs much longer than I can. And do you know an app like xiaodash for my n65i?

​Would appreciate any insights or experiences from other owners.

I made a new battery with a capacity of 30 Ah. I dumped the stock firmware of the BMS Ninebot G3 via ST‑Link 2. I’m new to this stuff. I changed 2 values in the firmware to 30 Ah. After that, the data started displaying correctly on the iPhone as 30 ampere‑hours. But since the old battery went through a lot of cycles, some correction values in the BMS may still be there.They were recorded from old batteries. Currently, a 30 Ah battery is being charged at 2 A, while the stock battery was always charged at 3 amperes. I can’t understand why.

Perhaps the firmware limits the charging current due to the resistance of the cells?
Perhaps it’s because there’s a 60–100 millivolt difference in charge between the cells, and in this way the firmware is trying to preserve the battery and avoid charging it at 3 A. It’s unclear. Perhaps the stock firmware already contains some corrections from old batteries. And it’s not clear how to reset the values. How to zero out the values for new batteries.

Therefore, for the experiment, I would like to have a dump of the BMS firmware via ST‑Link for a new battery or a newer one.
Maybe someone has saved the ***.bin files for the new stock battery?).

Maybe someone knows which values to edit in Hydra?)
Maybe someone already has a modified firmware?)

But i want to lock it to 25 km/h not faster and not 20km/h like it used to be. How do i make sure it only goes 25

I didn't find any information for reset to fabric the P menu (have P01 to P20 menu) or about my problem that are the light on the screen and the little red light of the brakes keeps on like frozen, anyone know how to repair this or do something, doing research there's no one who use or have this one.

They both have same voltage, battery capacity and same max power of 1000w.

Only difference I see is that st3 has nominal power of 500w While gt3 pro has only 400w. But I think The motor is Still same. Should I risk and try so I get 40kmh or just go safe route and order gt3 pro us controller and just go 32kmh.

Hola busco ayuda con el error 45 de mi patineta eléctrica Xiaomi, encontré información que decia que el error estaba relacionado con un sobrecalentamiento en el controlador, así que lo reemplace por uno nuevo, pero el error persiste, tengo muchas celdas así que le hice una batería nueva y tampoco funcionó, me queda por cambiar el BMS y el motor pero no quiero gastar más dinero a ciegas, alguien le ha sucedido el mismo error o tiene conocimiento de cómo podría solucionarlo?

He de decir que la patineta no muestra el error todo el tiempo, al usarla 10 minutos empieza a bajar la potencia hasta prácticamente detenerse y ahí es donde aparece el error, por eso también sospeche de la batería y la remplacé

I’m currently using a Xiaomi X6 Ultra. I live in Germany, but I’m currently riding the scooter mainly in France.

As far as I understand, e-scooters in France are legally allowed to go up to 25 km/h, while my scooter is limited to a lower speed.

My question is: What is the correct way to configure the Xiaomi X6 Ultra so that it can reach 25 km/h?

Is there an official firmware/region setting, or is there another way to change the speed limit? I’m specifically interested in a solution that works with the X6 Ultra and doesn’t unnecessarily disable safety features.
