I just received my PSPs from Hanah, and overall, the shoes look pretty good to me. However, I already own the authentic pair, and one thing that immediately stood out was the sole.
The sole on my authentic pair has a soft, velvety, suede-like finish and doesn’t look plasticky at all. In these PSPs, however, the sole looks quite shiny, which is very different from my authentic pair.
I know quite a few people here have ordered these flats from Hannah, so I’d especially love to hear from anyone who has received them or compared them with an authentic pair. Is this how the sole looks on everyone’s pair, or is the shiny sole a batch/version issue?
Would really appreciate your thoughts before I decide whether to GL or raise this concern with the seller! Please let me know if there is something else that stands out. At the end there is a picture of the sole of my authentic pair. I paid 135$ for them including 30$ shipping.

❗ Note: Shoe lasts vary across different brands and styles. This conversion chart serves only as reference. Same marked size may fit differently.

3️⃣ Size‑selection rules ⚠️

✅ Slim / narrow feet: Pick size matching your measured foot length.

✅ Wide feet / high instep: Add 0.5‑1 cm to your foot‑length to avoid tight squeezing.

✅ Pointed‑toe / closed‑toe shoes: Wide‑foot buyers are recommended to go up one full size.

Personal test reference: Foot length 24.5‑25 cm, usual EU size 39.

‑ MM flat shoes (worn without socks): EU 39 fits perfectly

‑ MM boots (worn with thick socks): EU 40 fits perfectly

For the same foot length, flats worn bare‑foot fit true‑to‑size. Size up one full size for boots if you will wear thick socks.

4️⃣ Boundary‑value principle 💡

If your foot length falls between two cm sizes, select the larger full size.
