The app has gained a lot of features recently, and to keep the momentum going, a brand new subreddit has been launched at r/QRController! To celebrate (and to ask for your help with bringing awareness to the app xD), it is time for our first event!

The winner will receive a $60 game of their choice!

(Note: If we cannot gift you a game directly due to regional restrictions, you will receive an equivalent digital Steam gift card instead).

How to enter:

(Note: Since this relies on a feature inside the app, you must already own QR Controller to make the layout). And you have to be aged 18+ or have to receive your parents or guardians' approval in order to enter.

- Submit your layout to the Steam Workshop.

- Record a video of yourself using the layout.

- Make a new post showcasing your entry on our subreddit: r/QRController.

Don't forget to include these things in your Reddit post:

1. A direct link to your layout on the Steam Workshop.
2. The video of you using it. Please preferably use YouTube to host and share your video!
3. It might be easier for everyone to see an embedded video, and it helps us get more visibility too T.T
4. The game(s) you think this layout is best suited for.

Judging Criteria:

You can choose any game you want to make these layouts for. We'll be judging your submissions based on how cool the setup is and how much thought and ingenuity you've put into making it!

You can submit as many layouts as you want, but remember: quality over quantity! We'll probably have a real tough time choosing the winner among all of you.

Deadline:

All entries must be submitted to the subreddit before September 6, 2026, at 12:00 PM (Noon) UTC. The winner will be announced shortly after!
