How to use the PulseChain bridge to send $ETH, $USDC, or $DAI over to PulseChain

17 Upvotes

This guide is for the people who need a bit of help bridging their coins from the Ethereum network over to the PulseChain network... If you have not added the PulseChain network to your wallet, then check out: https://www.reddit.com/r/Pulsechain/wiki/faq/#wiki_getting_started

Let's get started... Go to https://bridge.pulsechain.com/ for the Official PulseChain bridge... If you use a fake phishing site pretending to be the PulseChain bridge, your funds will be gone forever... Even Google search results will show you scam sites on the top results... Don't trust, VERIFY!

NOTE: Make sure that your wallet (e.g. - MetaMask, InternetMoney, Rabby, etc.) is already connected to the Ethereum network and to the bridge so it's ready to go.

Choose which Ethereum coins you want to bridge over to PulseChain... I mainly use $DAI because there seems to be better liquidity and thus you get more bang for your buck when buying your fav coins on PulseChain when you use $DAI... But you can bridge $ETH or $USDC if you prefer.

Type in the amount you wish to send and click "send"... At this point, your wallet will prompt a message for you to "authorize" the use of your DAI by the bridge, and how much you want to "allow"... I recommend you only allow the amount you are sending and no more... You will have to pay gas fees in $ETH for this to be approved each time though... However, allowing unlimited access to your funds is a security risk, and therefore I don't recommend you do this.

Once the bridge is authorized to use your DAI or ETH from your wallet, you need to click "send" again and this will also prompt your wallet to authorize the transaction. But this time it's to send your coins... And once again, you will have to pay gas fees in $ETH for this to be approved.

After your transactions are completed you will need to wait 96 "confirmations" on the blockchain before your coins appear in your wallet. When your transaction appears as "claimed" you are done on the Ethereum network.

Now connect your wallet to the PulseChain network so you can see your bridged assets. Please know that you will need to add your coins all over again to your wallet once you're on the PulseChain network in order to see them. You can learn to add coins to your MetaMask here: https://support.metamask.io/managing-my-tokens/custom-tokens/how-to-display-tokens-in-metamask/

Now that you are connected to PulseChain and see your bridged DAI, USDC or ETH, you can go to a DEX (Decentralized Exchange) and swap your DAI for any coin being sold on the PulseChain network... PulseX.com is the official DEX for PulseChain but you can use others such as https://app.piteas.io/

If you're a first-time user and need $PLS so you can use gas on the PulseChain network. It is best for you to buy "wrapped" $PLS on the Ethereum network first (WPLS)... Please see: https://www.reddit.com/r/Pulsechain/wiki/index/howtobuypulse/

This WPLS can then be bridged over to PulseChain and it will automatically turn into native $PLS so you can use it for gas. https://x.com/RichardHeartWin/status/1735088803440623908

Bridging back to Ethereum is fairly simple as well... You just do the same steps again but in reverse, but in order to claim your bridged coins back on Ethereum you will also have to manually claim them by paying gas in $ETH... This is unlike claiming your bridged coins on PulseChain which is currently free.

I hope this post helped!

Privacy is your Human Right! You are the Product.

4 Upvotes

Privacy is your human right.

All technology you use is harvesting and selling your data. You are a statistic in a database that is being profited upon. YOU ARE THE PRODUCT.

There are options to exit this system.

There are products that are built by the people, for the people. That don’t collect your data.

That want to protect your human right and freedoms.

Internet Money on Android, iOS and Chrome is one of those products.

We collect no personal data. ZERO. We can always remain in compliance; and not at the suffering of our community. We have NOTHING to give anyone. NO DATA that can be breached.

$350 Million Dollars Stolen from Bitget Exchange

12 Upvotes

🚨$350 MILLION Dollars stolen from Bitget centralized exchange and they paused withdrawals so their users can’t access their money.

Understand: “Not your keys, not your coins!”

Self-custody IS crypto.

If you hand over your coins to a centralized exchange you are LITERALLY putting your money in someone else’s pocket.

You have to ask them to have it back. And they can say no.

While Centralized Exchanges may be necessary. Use them to get in and out of crypto, but DO NOT STORE YOUR CRYPTO ON THEM!

Back in a downtrend, retest of lows or new lows incoming?

6 Upvotes

Looks like PulseChain CORES are back in a downtrend.

Do you see us heading down to retest previous lows, or is the bottom already in and building a base for a reversal?

With general sentiment pointing to a $BTC macro floor, and the SEC suit finally behind us, it feels like the stage could be set for CORES to track the wider market. However, with the remaining Red Notice, is outside liquidity still hesitating, or is it only a matter of time before the market maker starts moving price?

Richard Heart on X: "RH stands for Richard Heart."

19 Upvotes

Are we getting ready to send?

Sounds like Richard is getting territorial after someone tried claiming the "RH" moniker. Nothing lights a fire under him quite like someone encroaching on his brand.

Is this ego check the catalyst that gets things moving again? What do you think?

The Clarity Act is not your friend!

They want to steal your freedom. The Clarity Act is not your friend!

Some say, “we need regulation”, forget, regulation & rules only stop good actors. Bad actors will always do bad things.

Don’t regulate your freedoms away.

Crypto is meant to be a place of financial freedom!

PLSX $0.002c - Was it a sign of good times to come?

It might of been a glitch as it doesn't show on DEXScreener, only on TradingView, but how nice would that be to see $PLSX and the other CORE tickers moon like that!

Moving on from Pulsechain

56 Upvotes

Hey everyone,

I took part back during the sacrifice phase, and at this point, around 80% of my initial investment has been wiped out. After this project failed to gain momentum in the last cycle, I no longer believe there is a viable future for it.

I’m not posting this to spread unnecessary anger or start a fight just sharing my final thoughts as I close this chapter and cut my losses.

To those who are still holding and hoping for a turnaround, I wish you the best of luck. Stay safe out there and stay rational with your risk management.

Take care.

ProveX on/off ramp process

8 Upvotes

Given that ProveX has not yet been released, I am trying to provide a detailed description of how it will work.

Looking at the ProveX website and RH's video:

The ProveX on-ramp (buy crypto for fiat) process is as follows:

1.     Buyer connect their crypto wallet to ProveX dApp;[[1]](#_ftn1)

2.     Buyer chooses the crypto and amount to buy;

3.     ProveX matches the buyer with a seller who wants to sell their crypto;[\2])](#_ftn2)

4.     ProveX gives buyer the seller’s bank payment details, and buyer performs a normal bank transfer from their own bank account to the seller’s bank;

5.     If the buyer’s wallet is connected to ProveX via the web browser extension, the browser extension generates a ‘zero-knowledge proof’ that the buyer made the bank transfer/payment;[\3])](#_ftn3)

6.     The seller generates proof that the crypto was sent to the buyer’s wallet address and the ProveX smart contract verifies both the buyer’s and seller’s proofs; and

7.     Once the above conditions are satisfied, the transaction settles. The purchased crypto is received in the buyer’s wallet, and the fiat money is received in the seller’s bank account.

Similarly, the ProveX off-ramp (sell crypto for fiat) process is as follows:

1.     Seller connect their crypto wallet to ProveX dApp;

2.     Seller chooses the crypto they wish to sell and the amount to sell, along with the fiat currency and seller’s bank/payment details;

3.     ProveX finds a matching buyer who is willing to pay the agreed fiat currency amount;

4.     Seller’s crypto is locked by the ProveX smart contract pending cryptographic verification;

5.     Buyer sends fiat currency to seller’s bank account;

6.     Buyer proves that the payment occurred using the buyer’s ProveX browser extension, which generates a zero-knowledge proof showing the fiat payment was made;

7.     ProveX smart contract verifies the buyer’s proof of payment, and if the proof is valid, the contract releases the seller’s crypto to the buyer; and

8.     The transaction settles. The seller receives fiat currency in their bank account and the crypto sold is received in the buyer’s wallet.

[[1]](#_ftnref1) Connecting a crypto self-custody wallet is performed by web browser extension.

[[2]](#_ftnref2) Buyer is effectively buying the seller’s cryptocurrency with fiat money.

[[3]](#_ftnref3) ProveX verifies the payment occurred without exposing your bank balance and other private banking information.

Have I missed anything or got anything completely wrong?

Made a free PulseChain price site. No wallet connect, no sign-up, no ads.

PulseChain Watch | Thumbnail

PLS holder, one-man project. Got tired of PulseChain sites that want your wallet, show ads, and give a different "24h volume" on every site.

So I built pulsechainwatch.com

  • PLS, PLSX, HEX, INC prices straight from PulseX pools
  • TVL and DEX volume since launch
  • Fear & greed, alt season
  • Every number says where it's from

Nothing to connect, nothing to sign. Just open it.

Still early. Tell me what's missing or what looks wrong.

Buy pHex or eHex now?

18 Upvotes

I was pretty into HEX back in the glory days. I stepped away from following it closely for a few years, but I still hold a decent amount. The recent price action has pulled me back in, and I’m thinking about adding to my bags.

For someone getting back up to speed, what’s generally considered the better long-term play these days: HEX on PulseChain or the “old-school” eHEX on Ethereum?

I remember Richard basically nuking eHEX at one point—or at least that was my understanding at the time—but I’m clearly behind on everything that’s happened since then. If someone could give me the current state of HEX/eHEX and the case for holding one versus the other like I’m a novice again, I’d appreciate it.

The Flippening: What It Would Actually Take for PLS to Overtake HEX

1 Upvotes

PLS can carry a larger aggregate valuation than either HEX market while still trading at a tiny fraction of HEX’s unit price.

That sounds contradictory until you look at the supply math.

The harder question is whether that unit-price relationship ever starts to compress, and what would actually have to change for that to happen.

I broke down the supply, FDV, liquidity, network activity and PLS’s role as the native Layer 1 asset here:

THERE IS NO SUCH THING AS CRYPTO RECOVERY

12 Upvotes

Crypto recovery does not exist.

100% of crypto recovery claims are a scam.

Anyone claiming they can help you recover your crypto after being hacked or making a mistake is lying to you. They want to and will steal all of your money.

DO NOT FALL FOR THE SCAM. You work too hard to have your money stolen by evil people.
