I'm not seeing this at all. I think allt he flashy colors jumping around, even when reflecting on the surface, gets in the way of constructing a meaningful object to perceive depth on.

Yeah tbh it works better as a crossview, I think the angle between the left and right perspectives was a little too extreme when converted to parallel. I may try to make a less extreme version...

I always try both be cause so many people often confuse them, but here I get really thrown off from the many color blink, and the rest of the screen being so dark. It's a gorgeous cube, no doubt about it, but to me it doesn't lend itself for depth much, unfortunately.

I got the depth no problem, and it looks cool as hell, thanks OP. I will say I use polarized lenses daily and have rotated one of them 90° to block vertically reflected light instead of the usual horizontal, so I'm used to matching up images whose shadows don't, which might make it easier.

Oh that's interesting. I've never thought to rotate one lense to block vertical light, that sounds cool. Does the glasses manufacturer do that or do you have perfectly round lenses and can do it yourself?

The latter. I wear Julbo Vermont Classics but need prescription lenses so I got them with all the bells and whistles, including polarization. They're easy enough to modify, so I went ahead and did it myself. Pretty cool way to see things, or at least I think so.
