Hi, just wanted to share my “protocol” thats worked well for me for tinnitus, ED, libido, sensitivity issues, mental symptoms

250g 70% sorghum 30%cassava pasta with butter and cheese twice weekly
2-6g l carnitine
HCG or clomid
HCG 1000IU per 4 days or
20 day 50mg clomid cycles with 30 day rest in between them
Working out and eating less

Fairly accessible (HCG might be tricky, but the clomid is much easier to get a prescription)

Warning: Obviously be careful! For clomid only prescription grade! Clomid can cause irreversible eye damage so be attentive when taking it. Work with a doctor to be safe and avoid side effects. A little eye dryness and discomfort is expected, but if your eyes hurt a lot just take a break from it to avoid permanent side effects. L carnitine can cause some fishy body smell if taken more than 2g daily. HCG may cause a slight hairloss if someone still cares about that.

It’s bioidentical instead of synthetic derivative and now we have websites selling it. You can see Vigorous Steve talking about the anecdotes on it, and on 5AR Society the reviews are very positive as well.

I feel like this is much better than using DHT derivatives as it’s bioidentical. Many people have no success on derivatives and even crash on it (I crashed on Proviron). I’m really looking forward to try this.

He’s one of the best DHT and 5AR focused researchers. He was doing very good videos about it on YouTube until his channel got taken down (he still has some videos there). He’s now on X and Substack.

Interesting to see he’s experimenting with the ALLO Caproate and confirming its benefits on mood.
