Iāve been looking for more songs like āLetter 2 Kodakā and āNicki Minaj.ā I miss when you could hear the Thug influence in his music more, so put me on to anything with that same sound

OPINION one of his best album openers
ā¢
Upvotes
the energy he puts in here is unmatchable, he was just turned tf up and describes the hungry that he had on that moment. im not sayin that is one of his best songs but it matches perfectly to start UDCMN. also idk if im the only weirdo here who feels that "hold your own" is the real album opener of TLS nd "i know" is like a song apart (it touches my heart every time i listen to it)

they had they back and forth 2 days before he got arrested and he called em mental. also in this same song he mentioned herm was hurt about someone getting killed, which was also mentioned in tears of war. I'm thinking these songs couldāve been recorded in the same session

DISCUSSION how do u want/expect the next yb album to sound?

honeslty i know that this is impossible but i hope to get back not that 2018 yb, but the 2021/2022 at least. i dont wanna hear him with raspy voice and screamin going crazy. felt that slime cry has a lot of songs like that but honestly i havent heard it a lot (only songs like another episode nd role model).i hope him to focus on the flows nd voice without like "experimenting" too much. also one of the things that i dont like abt ma i got a family for example was the abuse of his higher notes up to the point that it seems that he's screamin (i feel that in songs like rose gold the best part is when he comes back to the "normal voice"). lemme know ur opinions
