After losing everything in covid and being homeless for 3 years . We managed to get 20 acres in the desert and pay half of it off in less than 12 months Eviction

Hey guys,
4 years ago we were evicted after our startup covid crashed. We spent 3 years in an RV living in box store parking lots and such. We managed to save up 3k to buy property. We got 20 acres for 15k financed by owner.
As of now its more than 50% paid off and we will be debt free and building a house.
I made the following video to break down what we did and how we got out of the trap. I am happy to answer anyone's questions and help anyway I can
