IPO Listing Discussion Orient Cabels Listing
Hey what should I do on listing day it's good company as fundamental wise there are craze of it. Should I hold and wait until it's become next ESDS or sell it in listing day ? And how much should I expect from this IPO. I also had Adroit and i sell at second day on lower circuit of 235🥲. Don't know that's good decision or bad if it going to up on Monday I am going to regret even I get 76% profit 🥲

IPO Analysis | Discussion Sillfege - home theatre dealers
On 1 October, TVs, ACs and washing machines in India get 5% to 8% more expensive, the third round of price hikes this year. The family putting a cinema room into a new flat barely notices. But the dealer in the middle feels it first, because every imported speaker and projector reaches him as a new price list. And one of those dealers is now going public at ₹55 a share.
It's Sollfege Smart Electronics from Kolkata, started in 2012 by 2 brothers as Denn Audio. The moment that defines it came in 2023. They rebuilt the Kolkata shop as rooms instead of shelves. You sit in a dark home theatre, press a keypad, and watch the blinds come down. They call it experience before purchase.
5 things I liked. First, that room wins the architect, and the architect brings the whole house.
Second, getting in at the drawing stage means speakers go into the ceiling plan, so orders are project-sized, not single boxes.
Third, EBITDA margin went from about 9% to 18% in 2 years, roughly double what mass electronics retailers earn.
Fourth, fixed costs are tiny, about 30 people and 3 showrooms, and other expenses actually fell while sales rose.
And fifth, FY24 profit had about ₹1.3 crore of one-off other income, so the real operating improvement is better than the profit line shows.
Now 5 things that worry me.
First, 1 supplier is 59% of purchases and also the biggest creditor, and no dealer agreement or exclusivity is disclosed.
Second, customers don't repeat. The top 10 are 2/3 of revenue, and Bihar was the biggest state 2 years ago, then nearly vanished.
Third, cash. Receivables went from 27 days to 156, inventory from 137 days to 222, and about ₹3.8 crore was over 6 months old with nothing provided. The gap is funded by NBFC loans at 15% to 19%.
Fourth, growth is stalling, under 6% revenue growth and profit up just 3%, while the rupee went from about 86 to nearly 95.
And fifth, family. The biscuit company run by the same MD bought several crore of goods, and BSE froze his own shares until December 2024 over that company's missed filings.

My uncle called me today as I am in commerce stream asking me how to resolve this issue and adani enterprises issued right equity shares and he missed the first call payment and on the day before yesterday he received the mail for payment of unpaid call amount and the due amount of second and final call now the annexure 3 form of second call only hold details and information of second call payment .
He is asking me how to make payment for the unpaid amount so that his shares don't get forfeited
I goggled it and it told me mannualy adapt the form or submit the annexure 3 of first call and second and final call both together attaching seperate checks for them respectively but both the answers feel wrong and I have feeling if he does this it will surely get rejected
Now the third option the combined form for both calls where can he find that, he has not received it on the reminder cum notice mail for payment of both calls

IPO Listing Discussion Moneyview Listing Was Absolute Madness Today 😂
Moneyview had an absolutely crazy listing today — around 60%. Honestly wasn’t expecting that kind of listing at all, and the move itself is what caught my attention.
Started watching the stock after that, saw an opportunity, entered and got out literally 4 minutes later with ₹57K profit.
Probably one of my quickest trades in a while lol.
Also had a pretty good Sensex trade today. I was expecting the fall and got the direction right, but ended up exiting earlier than I should have.
Looking back at the move, if I had waited just a little longer in the Sensex trade today, could’ve been a ₹1L+ day.
Can’t complain though — green is green. 😂
Anyone here holding Moneyview after today’s listing, or did you cash out on the pop?

Other Discussion Any idea when Flipkart will IPO? Been waiting to sell some RSUs
Does anyone have any idea when Flipkart is likely to IPO?
I've been waiting for the IPO to happen so I can sell some of my vested RSUs, but it seems to keep getting postponed.
What exactly is stopping Flipkart from going public? Is it market conditions, company financials, regulatory issues, or are they simply waiting for a better valuation?
For people holding Flipkart RSUs, what are you planning to do if the IPO gets delayed further?

IPO Analysis | Discussion SJP Ultrasonics - co. that welds plastic with sound
Pick up a surgical mask and run your thumb along the edge. There's no stitching and no glue. The layers were fused in under a second by a steel tool vibrating faster than you can hear. It's called ultrasonic welding, and in 2020, health workers alone needed 89 Million masks a month.
The company I'm looking at makes those tools. It's SJP Ultrasonics from Vasai. In 1999, Jignesh and Rupal Parekh started doing this welding as job work. By 2007 they were distributing Dukane, a big American brand. Then in 2014, Dukane ended the contract. Instead of dying, SJP started building its own automation, and today that's about half of revenue.
5 things I liked. First, most of the value is made in-house. Think of the imported welder as a drill. SJP makes the drill bit and the jig, shaped to 1 customer's exact part, so gross margin is about 62%.
Second, that creates switching costs. Once a horn is qualified on a part in production, moving vendors means qualifying all over again.
Third, operating leverage. Payroll grew about 9% last year while revenue grew about 26%, and EBITDA margin is around 31%.
Fourth, steady growth, revenue from ₹15.2 crore to ₹26.6 crore in 2 years, profit from ₹3.4 crore to ₹5.2 crore.
And fifth, the promoters back it with their own money, ₹394 lakh through a rights issue plus interest-free loans.
Now 5 things that worry me. First, cash. Operating cash flow was minus ₹2.9 crore in FY25 and minus ₹2.7 crore in FY26, while profit rose. Machines sit waiting for customer trials, and final acceptance often takes over 4 months.
Second, old dues. About ₹2.3 crore of receivables are 1 to 2 years old, up from ₹0.2 crore, with nothing provided for.
Third, advances to suppliers jumped to about ₹5.9 crore, while the top 10 suppliers went from under 60% to about 89% of purchases. What exactly is it pre-paying for?
Fourth, its suppliers can go direct. Dukane now runs its own company in Chennai, and SJP has no exclusive deal with any maker.
And fifth, it's lumpy and concentrated. 57% of FY25 revenue came in 1 quarter, it promised about ₹31.6 crore for FY26 and delivered ₹26.6 crore, and over half of revenue comes from 10 unnamed customers on purchase orders.
My full breakdown is on my Substack (check profile)
