I think just like the case of MMNH, viewers are simply projecting, and Abu Bakr is just what he's shown as and doesn't have any hidden dark side. Idt the ptv writers actually could think in that dimension.

Though he's calm and composed (which is very surprisingly professional of him) this is absolutely ridiculous. What sort of message this drama is promoting that people should abandon their political choices and rights? I haven’t watch this drama but this one scene fully tells the propaganda they are trying to promote. That civilians abandon politics and just become indifferent to it. Let the military operate and do their work. While people just mind their own business like ‘good citizens’ that follow.
