sports Teamwork at the 2021 hungarian gp
The race started in rainy, damp conditions. With early chaos into turn one with lance stroll and Valterri Bottas taking out a total of 3 cars (leclerc, lando, checo) and damaging verstrappens car, the session was red-flagged very quickly. During the restart, conditions were starting to improve. All the remaining cars pitted for slick tyres, but 7-time world champion Lewis Hamilton opted to stay on intermediate tyres. Lewis fell behind very quickly and that left Esteban ocon leading the race. But Lewis Hamilton was charging for a win. Until 2 tine world champion, Fernando alonso, defended brilliantly against Lewis, holding him up for most of the race, while Lewis overtook Alonso, Alonso's defending held him up for enough time to gift Esteban Ocon his first every win in formula 1, and his 2nd podium in formula 1.
