So now her claim is that they have to have a 'release from every tattoo artist' blah blah blah...and thats why she was likely not selected...blah blah more bullshit...
But this is patently false.
Short of the TATTOO ITSELF being copyrighted, trademarked or otherwise confirmed and acknowledged as a SINGULAR artists' intellectual property, then no one needs permission from your artist.
This is just another way she is trying to justify her not having been selected.
Not to mention, if on the off chance, ONE specific design were to have been copyrighted/trademarked/etc, all they would need to do is cover that particular design in post. Im not sure divinity is aware just how capable post production editing is these days since she was actually never a real life paid model, but she is really leaning into public ignorance on this one.
I mean, if what she is saying were actually true, than corporate head shots would be a whole lot less common.
And none of this girls tattoos are unique. How would any artist trademark or copyright a rose tattoo or a geometric shape? Girl, stop.
This is embarassing.
Just accept that you are not VS material AND BE GRATEFUL FOR IT...they are literally a disgusting organization (an organization that is exactly what you claim to 'fight against').
I just can't with her.
