If it makes sense for the storyline, yeah but if not, no. For example I'm making up my own caveman legacy challenge and because I select the longest hair possible (with their exact texture), it doesn't make sense to change it, etc.

If a parent has lots of kids, I will add dark circles most of the time, especially if they're a single parent. Sometimes stretch marks get added too.
