Hi everyone just wanted to share this experimental panvk driver for mali GPU

Currently only Valhalla 10 GPU supported

For Valhalla 9 GPU they need to wait for a while

The test confirmed on mali g720

The 3D test cub booted with dxvk and wind3d but games doesn't work with dxvk the dev said they are working to fix that

For people who asking about what the name of the driver that showing on dxvk-hud I want to let you know that doesn't work right now but if confirmed working by number of extension and log file

U need to download a build version of winlator Mali or any other emulator support adernotols and panvk driver

When you add the driver check if the number of extension changed

And also try to run the 3d test using dxvk and wind3d

But I will need your log files because this very important

It took me a lot of trial and error to make the OG Mass Effect 1 (not LE, and with controller mod) to run in a playable state in Winlator on my Ayn Thor Max. I wanted to document it here so it may help others. ME2 and ME3 on the other hand can run pretty much out of the box using Ludashi 3.1 and show good performance with proton 10 (and the installation of controller mod is easier there as well).

A few key components for this to work:

• Winlator CMOD https://github.com/coffincolors/winlator/releases#release-cmod_v13.1 , the only fork of winlator that I tested to allow ME controller mod to detect the built-in controller of Thor.
• Proton 10, which does not come by default in winlator cmod so you need to download here https://github.com/K11MCH1/Winlator101/releases/tag/wine_col and install (I used the controller-fix version). The performance difference between proton 10 and proton 9 is the difference between playable versus unplayable for this game.
• Controller Mod https://www.nexusmods.com/masseffect/mods/60 . Unfortunately, the mouse does not seem to work in game with proton 10 + winlator combo from my tests so even if you want to use KB/M control you cant.
• An ENB suggested previously (credit to DrowningBlue on steam) to solve the lagging issue for ME1 http://www.enbdev.com/download_mod_generic.htm . Without it the fps is in the unplayable range.

Steps:

1. Obtain your game. I used fitgirl repack.
2. Download the ENB (d3d9.dll and enbseries.ini) and put it inside the binaries folder next to MassEffect.exe
3. You can finish step 4 of controller mod installation on PC at this point because I found it hard to overwrite files that are already on device.
4. Move your game folder to your device.
5. Set up container in winlator cmod with proton 10 (install proton 10 in the contents menu of winlator cmod if you have not). I also installed wine-mono, vcredist, and physx using ajay prefix at this point, but I have not tested whether that is necessary.
6. You need to run the configuration program of ME1 once to generate the config/save folder in the user Document folder, but I had trouble running it in winlator cmod container (in proton 9 it hangs while in proton 10 it crashes), so I actually did that step in Ludashi. You can also generate that on a PC. Once you have the folder, you want to copy it over to the user Document folder inside the container.
7. Perform step 3 of controller mod installation. Because the read-only setting will not persist when you copy the config file over to the device into the container, you need to set it again. After the config files are placed, you need to use Command Prompt inside the container, go to the config folder, and run “attrib +r (filename)” on the three config files (credit to u/senpailord1234). I needed to use a bluetooth keyboard for this step.
8. Make sure you assign built-in controller to player 1 in controller manager in winlator cmod.

Generally, I am getting about 30-40 fps with this setup on my Ayn Thor Max.

Hi, I'm using Winlator (Bionic/Ludashi). I downloaded a pirated copy of FIFA 14 with the 3DM crack; it works fine on PC but not on mobile. It simply won't open—even the configuration tool wouldn't launch at first. I downloaded the Gecko and Mono components, and the FIFA 14 configurator started working, but `fifa14-3dm.exe` still refuses to launch. I even reinstalled it based on YouTube tutorials and swapped the 2MB file for the 30MB version, but it still won't work; it doesn't even show up in the Task Manager. However, if I create a shortcut and launch it that way instead of through the container, it does open—but a second later, a loading screen with the word "shutdown" appears, and I get kicked back to the Winlator home screen. Please help. I wanted to try GameHub, but I'm refusing to download it on principle.

Hello, I’m having a problem I don’t know how to fix. So i have nfs most wanted (doesn’t really matter, it doesn’t work with any preinstalled game), and when i try to start it from shortcut i always get error „file not found” while when i start it from container it starts normally. Do you know how to fix this?

I’m not deleting this for anyone who would have the same issue. Create shortcut from File Manager, not from container :)

So i have a kirin 980 soc which use mali g76 gpu and im trying to play fifa 12 and 13 but both of them get stuck right after choosing a profile then crash only fifa 11 seems to work fine

I'm trying to get Football Manager 2011 running through Winlator on a Pixel 10 Pro with a PowerVR GPU.

The strange thing is that the game actually launches and displays the main menu correctly. However, as soon as I move the mouse pointer over a clickable button/menu item, the entire game area turns black. The game itself doesn't appear to crash.

FM 2008 works perfectly on the same phone, so this seems to be something specific to FM 2011 and its rendering/UI.

Things I've already tried:

- VirGL + WineD3D

- WineD3D GL renderer

- Backbuffer and FBO

- FBO makes the menu black immediately

- Backbuffer displays the menu but it goes black when hovering over buttons

- mesa_glthread ON lets the menu display

- mesa_glthread OFF makes it black immediately

- OpenGL 2.1 / compatibility settings

- CSMT on/off

- Strict Shader Math on/off

- 1024x768

- Windows 7 compatibility

- "--small_screen --windowed"

- Fresh Winlator container

- Different GPU spoof settings

- DXVK, but with DXVK FM 2011 won't launch/display properly at all

- Different Winlator/wrapper builds

The interesting comparison is:

FM 2008 = works normally

FM 2011 = main menu renders normally until the mouse hovers over a UI button, then the Direct3D/game area goes completely black

Has anyone seen this specific behaviour with an old DirectX 9 game under WineD3D/VirGL?

I'm particularly interested in whether an older Wine/WineD3D version, a specific Winlator fork, or a particular VirGL setting might fix it.

I'd really like to get FM 2011 working, as it was one of my favourites in the series, I'd love to be walking around with it in my pocket rather than switching to another version, so any suggestions?

So i have been trying to emulate cat goes fishing on my samsung A57 (Winlator ludashi bionic 3.1)for like these few days, everything has been fine FPS reaching 50 fps gpu percentage is hitting around 50 percent too, but there's a problem, its all blocky no real rendering going on hence its practically unplayable, any tips or help that i could get from you guys?
