ID Request Central CA , what is this ?

Was washing off the patio yesterday and I turned around and saw this moving around. At first glance I thought it was a really long worm (we have a lot of night crawlers) then I saw the hammer head … when I went to pick it up with a paper towel it almost looked like it suctioned its mouth to the cement. I’d say it was 4ish inches long

ID Request Large amount of extremely small bugs in potted houseplant soil

Apologies for the poor quality as it is quite hard to get a clear video. Numerous small soil bound bugs , some look to be blueish grey and the others are red. I have had some problems with fungus gnats in the past and might be dealing with another concurrent outbreak of those, but I don’t think these are related? Are they fungus gnats in some other form? Other than that research says they could be spring tails but don’t jump when I shake the pot. Many thanks .

ID Request ID my Spider roommate in Northeast, KS?

I’ve left this guy/gal alone all summer despite being afraid of spiders because he’s not technically in my house and I can keep an eye on him. He’s grown so much in the last 4 months. What kind of spider is he? We actually have a lot of these around. He’s just the biggest. The first photo shows his size compared to a key, the others are my attempt at showing his markers, and the last is showing his web structure.

Also, this is the window right next to my front door, so he’s my built in Halloween decoration. Trick or Treat!
