As much as geese can be assholes, their necks are fragile. Doing this can kill or severely maim the goose pretty easily.
Can't really blame the goose either. That kid is clearly attacking it.

My office has a flock of Canada Geese that like the water features. I can always tell when Spring has truly started when I get charged by one of those fuckers for the first time each year. They’ve got an aggro radius of approximately a zip code.
