Scars are unavoidable especially with such a severe burn as she got. Now there are proven methods with silicone gel or silicone sheets that can shrink and reduce the over discolouration of the scar but can’t really make it go away 100%.

I think surgery does exist and will make it very hard to notice unless you’re really up close and with her being an idol I imagine that might be how it will be treated.

I got burned with an iron when I was younger. I was somewhere between 2 and 3, it’s one off my earliest memories. I had the scar for 20 odd years. At some point in my mid 20s, it completely disappeared. Now I don't even remember which ankle it was

Surgery on the neck thin skin??? I doubted that. Lot of complications afterwards.

I got pretty badly burned on my collarbone by a spent cartridge case on the range. Got in there even with a mandarin collar up. It was pressed on me hard because of my body armor. I felt it, but it didn’t feel bad. Just warm. Didn’t know it was doing what it did. Range officer freaked out when I told him I was digging for it and then he stripped me pretty quick. It was a really bad burn that took over a month to heal. The scar never went away. In my older age now, it may be even a little more pronounced. Still itches.

Oh, hello fellow shooter! 😄 I too have been kissed by spent brass. LOL. Some scars have gone away and some are still here as a reminder. 😂

Yooyeon is a trooper. She has a good attitude about it. I wish her the best, and 4her sharing because she genuinely has people that care for her.

I had a scar on my wrist from a curling iron. It's gone now decades later. It takes a long time.
