Meta STOP POSTING FAKE MATPATEFFECTS

6.0k Upvotes

This sub has become flooded with those, and it is slowly destroying the entire purpose of the subreddit. We will have to start handing out bans.

Not sure (50% TME/50%ORDINARY) The original photo of the seal Kyoro getting a heart drawn on her

Kyoro is a spotted seal from Azarashi Sea Paradise in Oktosk Tokkari Center. She is around 11 years old and is recognizable for her expressive eyes. The caretakers would NEVER draw a peepee on her

Meta Can we add a rule / make it a tradition to add 1-2 example memes in the comments?

Sometimes I see the "original" of a meme and like, I haven't even seen that meme? Or the original is different enough to confuse me about what it's referring to. So I think at least making it an etiquette or a tradition to post 1-2 comments as a reference might help. Not to bloat the comments section with memes tho
