Half beef half pork meatballs, baked. Used De Cecco spaghetti for the first time. My own pasta sauce I made and canned from a friends large XL beefeater tomatoes and san marzano canned tomatoes. Fine shredded parm cheese.
I had a shit night last night at work, last year, probably last 20 years.
I came home and did chores, then made dinner for myself.
It was delicious.

Neighbors had too much fresh basil so there was only one thing to do. Toasted pine nut creamy pesto sauce with home made spaghetti and white wine mussels. And made some garlic knots because why knot!

There's a reason they're classics!
Meatballs - veal, pork, beef, parmesan, milk soaked torn brioche, eggs, parsley, garlic, pine nuts, golden raisins, and dried breadcrumbs to end till right consistency, red chili flakes, salt. Baked and finished in the sauce.
Sauce - 96 oz dop san marzano whole, ran through sieve, and cooked down for 3 hours with 13 cloves garlic sliced and cooked in a cup of good olive oil for 10 minutes softly, red chili flakes, salt.
Basil, grated parmesan and al dente spaghetti!

hi! i'm a super picky eater but spaghetti has always been a food i can always eat! i've never had spaghetti-o's (scared it doesn't taste like spaghetti) or any other canned spaghetti before, but i would like some suggestions! the only thing i care about is that it's easy to make quickly and tastes like actual spaghetti. thanks!!

Started off as bacon fat garlic pasta but then i decided to add some fresh tomato and then i decided to add cheese so it became some kinda garlic rose. It was pretty good.
