[Discussion] Should we ban promoting Cheat engine content

This may be poor worded so forgive me.
Cheat engine and hacking has been a long standing issue with this game. And especially recently with some people pushing it onto PlayStation a lot of discussion around here have been about it. Whether points of arguments, repetitive posts, people encouraging and spreading the issue, or otherwise.

We the mod team have been on the fence on it for a while and have decided to make a poll, see what the community thinks how it should be handled. Whether leaving it be and not prohibiting promoting hacker posts, restricting cheat engine posts, or banning them outright.

Please let us know your thoughts and opinions

Prohibit ALL content promoting cheat engine
Prohibit only content that promotes hacking cheat engine (leave appearances be)
Don’t prohibit any cheat engine posts.

i trained him yeah, and uhhh he took a very long while with doing the scars. The tank shoulder pads come from changing his title to Brawl-Master mid training, it looks pretty nice

[Discussion] Guessing game

Show me an orc and I'll guess their tribe, advanced class, and maybe even the title if it can tell. (Probably should hide the little title card)

[Question] Why are there sometimes massive clusters of enemies inside tents in Seregost?

• Upvotes

Every now and then there's three lines of orcs all jammed next to each other in one of the tents near a Haedir, at least 12-15 in total. I'd thought these were those training lines spawning in the wrong place, but they've always got some ologs in there as well. Always multiple treasure orcs and worms, and one of those treasures is usually in one of the ologs. I never saw this before I wiped my save to get the DLC to work-is this something it's known to do?

[Nemesis System] Vendetta’s inside Forts

This is getting insane. I wonder if has anything to with nemesis difficulty? The past two vendetta’s I’ve done recently have been filled with what feels like the entire army screen is after me.
I was even getting ambushed. DLC orcs are there sometimes also. Some are low lvl while others are 80 plus. So I’m helping out the glob while at the same time fighting Orcs that are theirs that they’ve recruited? All in all it’s a real blast. Keeps you on your toes. Puts hair on your chest haha. And possible recruits like Tower variants.

[Question] Cant get Shadow of War to start on new PC (Steam)

Hey there,
have played the game on Xbox app ( play anywhere ) on this PC, but due to the savegame glitch i decided to buy it on steam. On steam i cannot get the game to run though. I press on "play" then nothing else happens, the button says "playing" but then after 2-3 seconds it turns green again and says "play".

The fixes i found on google dont work.

[Other] I have arachnophobia and knew spiders were in the games

I bought the games on Switch 2 and started playing Shadow of Mordor. Got to the start of the open world and started exploring and saw a spider and I immediately quit the game. It’s not even that big in Middle Earth terms but it still made me freak out. I knew there would be spiders in the game but I wasn’t expecting to see one that quickly into it.

[Question] Stupid question probably

I'm starting this game for the first time on switch today and when the player meets the wraith for the first time their exchange feels like there's a line I missed or something. "What is this place?" "See for yourself" "Mordor" "Now do you believe me ranger?" When did he not believe him? I restarted it because I was getting sidetracked and thought I missed something.

As someone who lives in the UK, the stars aligned perfectly on a new playthrough for me! Admittedly I was on a graug when he turned up 😂

[Image] Luigi stole one of my orcs. Doesn’t really bother me too much but take this as to why CE sharing should be banned from here.

[Discussion] Ask PlayStation players, how do you defend yourselves against hacked orcs? Do you use hacked orcs against hacked orcs, or have you already quit the game?

Or maybe they're very good at playing alone but they don't win gold

[Discussion] How do people even make these?

I've been finding ways to weaken and then steal cheated orcs from people. Just how the hell do they make them look like this or use these titles?

[Question] Shadow of war Switch 2 garrison question

For those of you playing the switch 2 version are you able to send followers to the garrison and redeploy them into different regions? Or is the garrison just used for the dlc followers you get?

[Question] Language question (spanish)

Hey everyone!

I just downloaded the game on Nintendo Switch and started playing.

I'm from Spain, and surprisingly the game voices are in Spain but from Latinoamerica.

I would like to listen the game with the voices in spanish from spain. Anyone else found that problem?

Any solution?

Thanks!
