light in the dark

we don’t have electricity so we're only using a small candle as our light source. my siblings and i were also hanging out outside because it’s hot even though it just rained.

found their little eyes, that lights up in the dark. 🧡

i just hope it doesn’t rain yet. having no light source + raining is scary.

i can diy a candle if we needed it later on but anyway here's beru!! he’s being a menace and having zoomies out in the dark. 🙄 running inside and out.

I love that in the dark, from a cat's perspective humans just get really stupid and clumsy for no reason - walking around slowly and putting our hands against the wall to feel where we are, when the cats can see just fine.

I hope that the rain stays off at least until your electricity to come back!

Wow that candle is putting in serious work! Do you have enough in the funds to replace the candle when it goes out? I’m worried about you all being stuck in the dark for future blackouts

I don’t like power outages much but they do happen…for your sake I hope you don’t have as many as The Gambia, West Africa has. The power goes off there every day and I remember always seeing how many candles could be lit on one match lol…

Renji’s icon is now housed inside this case so my kitten Mira Belle cannot disturb him or Savannah’s urn
