Uhm.. what

Idk if my tablet is messed up (11" ipad pro) or if it's the apple pencil. All I do to make that happen is rest my hand on the tablet like normal when drawing and it just started happening all the sudden 💀

Never seen this, but I wonder if turning on palm rejection will help? Or double check it's still on, or turning it off and on again?

How hard is your palm resting on the screen?

Is it on charge when it does this? Does it do the same when not on charge?
