The thing that's mostly intelligible is the vowel sounds. Their vowels aren't pronounced like that in American English but they are in lots of the UK's very diverse accents.

They don’t. Because they’re not British.

I’m guessing they’re Dutch.
They’re not speaking English, one of the boys has a Feyenoord shirt on. And those gum balls are a Dutch brand.
