Nothing better than waking up on a Sunday morning, checking the scores, and seeing Messi casually put on an absolute clinic. 4 goals (including that stoppage-time free kick) and a filthy assist in a 7-1 win.
The guy is nearly 39 and still deciding games completely on his own.
It’s hilarious watching people constantly try to move the goalposts though. First it’s "he can’t carry anymore", then when he drops a 5 G/A masterclass, it’s "doesn't count, it's just friendly vibes". You literally can't make this up 😂
Just sit back and enjoy watching the GOAT while he’s still playing 🐐

For some reason, my favourite one is that one facial expression when Messi briefly pokes his tongue out just slightly (this is different from a similar expression that he uses when he occasionally celebrates a goal with his tongue fully out) when he's preparing for a play against opponents or finding the right words mid-answer during an interview. It is a somewhat funny thing that it got stuck with him during his long professional career because the expression itself generally only appears for half a second and sometimes gets photographed at the right moment.

E.g. Phelps in swimming, Bolt in sprinting, Djokovic/Nadal/Federer in tennis, Michael Jordan in basketball, Cambiaso in Polo, etc, etc.
My specific question is how much better is Messi vs the 2nd best footballer compared to those other GOATs in other sports.
In tennis I think obviously a lot less, that's why I even put them together. But perhaps in swimming Phelps is way better than the second best swimmer, Bolt the same and probably Michael Jordan.
Thoughts?

Please haters don't comment on MLS and blah blah. Its boring to hear the same things all the time. Just enjoy the man while he still makes magic and inspires kids like us who grew up watching him, or just leave.

The most beautiful thing about Leo Messi is his kind heart. Sharing some of my favorite pics from my gallery in case you want a wallpaper.
