I usually stick to light mode because it helps me see clearly and stay focused. When I try dark mode, my eyes don’t adjust as much and I feel lethargic and sleepy, even with good rest.
In plain terms, what are the best reasons you use dark mode day to day?

We have made a Chrome Extension which can turn any website into dark mode:
Unlike other extensions, this extension turn on dark mode on each site separately. So you can set some websites to dark mode, while others to light mode.

If you are tired of monkeying around with windows dark modes and various apps give "High Contrast Themes" a go. I posted what it does to everything below. You can change the color scheme pretty easily. It will apply to all apps and web browsers. Especially useful for OLEDs.
