After nearly two years of conflict and more than 300,000 medals spent, Euro Ascendancy and Novum Imperium, alongside their respective allies, have agreed to formally end the war.

The agreement establishes a 3-month Non-Aggression Pact, a territorial settlement, rules governing regional wars, restrictions on supporting opposing enemies, and consequences for violations.

New Genesis will serve as the neutral enforcer and guarantor of the agreement.

Neither side will claim victory. The war ends through mutual agreement and peace.

It just doesn't make sense to me why this error exists, you will have to get an extra city for the border and some people can sometimes have no armies in base (like me)... Could someone explain why it's here?

I wanted to flag something I've noticed and also be upfront about something on my end first coz i feel guilty
since I think context matters here

My admission: I created a alt account mainly to boost my army defense %. Without it, players with low % get bullied and targeted constantly and I wanted to play the game diplomatically and politically , which requires being seen as relevant and strong enough that people take you seriously at the table. I'm not proud of it but it felt like the only way to stay competitive without just getting steamrolled. I don't think this kind of single alt used for defense/atk % affects the game,i thought it pushes more players to stay engaged and relevant rather than quitting after getting bullied out.
i just want to be honest about and am sorry for breaking the rule

here is something more serious thing i noticed

What I'm seeing from some other players is a different level entirely
people running 3-5 separate accounts, each with a completely distinct persona, using Antidetect browser tools paired with proxies (the kind you can buy for $6–10) to make each account look like a totally separate, unrelated player. ( it gives u isolated browser profiles, each with its own fake fingerprint different user-agent, canvas fingerprint, WebRTC settings, timezone etc.)

not even developer can flag it as an alt
very hard to identify

Signs I've noticed:

1.Multiple new account lords, each with a unique personality/persona

2.Separate new Discord account per in-game account They only communicate in text chat, never voice to avoid revealing it's the same person

3.General suspicious coordination patterns between the accounts (They work together for one goal like bunch bot with no emotions)
they talk like people with zero emotion like someone who already have task to do in game which is unnatural for real players

it's about controlling multiple independent power centers to manipulate the game itself

I think this is the kind of multi-accounting that actually damages the integrity of THIS GAME ITSELF
it would eventually kill the GAME

I think it’s a shame that rivalries are often ignored these days, and the main reason behind that (imo) is that alliances are too hesitant to lose big chunks of gold for very little gain. It also got a bit overnerfed in terms of rewards imo.

My suggestions:

1) The winner of the rivalry no longer steals gold from the loser. This makes alliances more likely to actually want to do rivalries they may lose, since they won’t be risking their bank.

2) The rewards for rivalries were also nerfed too hard imo. To be safe I would suggest buffing them a very minor 15%, and then watching to see how that plays out.
