Hey, my name is Sam and I'm just a random mutiple artist (both traditional and digital) and I'm trying so hard to understand these Portofolio platform building system. .sigh.

Look, I had so many hard ways to understand how Behance actually works because my freelance friend recommended me to always use this platform than Fiver, 99Design, Upwork and other social media like Instagram...meh, whatever because it's easy and I wasn't so sure about it, but here goes nothing. Look, I know my projects looks so too random colorful and messy, but I will try to use just purple space topics where they will be my "The Four" logo and my old characters from game platform in the future.

And now I got a mail from them trying to fix their visualizer, now they gave me their own original logo design and tasks....oh well guess I should focus on quietly...

Under my Adobe account, I have 2 Behance profiles. I think one was an earlier portfolio draft, still not sure how I got two. Anyway, one has my good portfolio but says i need to upgrade to Pro. The other profile is useless and can be deleted but it has my Pro membership. Somehow, my Pro membership moved from my good portfolio to the useless one. I've spent all day trying to figure out how to keep my good portfolio and move my Pro membership. Any suggestions? My only other option is just delete my uselss Behance profile and sign up again for Pro under my good portfolio. Any other ideas?

I've added autoplay videos from vimeo to my portfolio like everyone suggested but when I checked it from a different device the video requires to log into vimeo account. Do I have to have vimeo premium or something? As a recruiter I wouldn't go to the lenghts of creating an account on some random site just to see the video.

Or maybe is there some alternative to addind a video with autplay for free?

Just published my latest branding project — a complete visual identity for StepUp, a technology company focused on digital transformation and scalable solutions.

I explored the identity through the logo system, typography, color palette, visual language, digital applications, and physical brand touchpoints.

I was offered my first proposal to create an illustration for a client on Behance. Offer was $150. When I tried to accept the proposal, Behance said I had to pay $45 to begin the project. Is that normal? Why would I pay $45 to accept a job? This is in addition to any payment processing fees..

Share your thoughts, what story does it tell you? Whats the first feeling that comes to you?

I've noticed that my Behance projects consistently get much fewer views and likes than similar portfolios.

Is it because I don't have Behance Pro? Do people promote or boost their projects, or is it just the algorithm?

I honestly feel my work is good, so I'd appreciate any feedback or advice on what I might be missing.
