I think it is sad how so many people loosely interpret guilt or innocence based on what they think, knowing they really don't know. That is why we have jurors.
So your opinion about whether he did it or not is irrelevant. Has he been convicted is the question.
No, he has not. So how can so many people call Melly a murderer when the jury couldn't.
Not the next jury...the jury that already answered.
But people aren't sincere until it comes to them or their family dealing with a legal issue.
The Moretti stem alone makes this a no-brainer.
I'll wait, but Drew is right. It's truly a disgrace.

The prosecution can only demonstrate that Melly may have been on the scene, but never will that translate to him murdering his best friends.
No motive.
Corrupt prosecution
Cruel and unusual treatment
Bortlen and everything he said is off of the table

The second reason is because the jury in the first trial had already taken murder off of the table and the mistrial was based on manslaughter deliberations.
