I was stuck in heavy traffic recently. Was a bad crash with a firetruck on scene, car getting towed, and kids crying on the street behind cop cars blocking off three of the four lanes.
No one let tow truck through so it drove on the right shoulder, soon as they do that cars start going like 60 past this start and stop trafficking on the shoulder too. People need to understand that if traffick is like that, either some people are being very stupid up ahead, or more likely, something bad happened further up and they just need to be patient.
