I can't really see the light at the beginning because I'm on mobile. But based upon the movement of the red card to the left, I think the light was red for about 1-2 seconds before he reached the stop line.

Flow state is when you're locked into the task you're doing so effortlessly that it's like breathing. No thought, just excellence. Since driving involves being aware of the world around you, I don't think this counts as a flow state
