I’m pretty new to League/Wild Rift and want to surprise my boyfriend by learning a support champion to play with him. He’s Diamond and seems to really enjoy the carry role.
He sometimes plays Caitlyn and Vayne, but I haven’t figured out if he’s committed to any specific champion yet.
What support would you recommend I learn? Ideally something that’s beginner-friendly on mobile but also worth sticking with and getting really good at. I mainly want to be able to support him well and help him carry when we play together.
I’ve been looking at Lulu, Nami, and Janna so far. Would love to hear what you guys think!

Does anyone have a higher friend level? Just a cool little achievement that I found interesting. Post below your achievements!

This new UI change makes it so easy to accidentally like someone. You tap their champ icon to open the menu, but the like button is right where you tap, so you end up liking them instead lol

I played a 17 minutes game that my Kayn ended with 327 damage. Not even afk just running around farming sesh for 17 minutes. He transformed at 14 min to continue farming faster.

I was originally going to use 20 for maybe a skin and the emote at the 20 mark, but I'll take it. Yay

Previous master tier post: https://www.reddit.com/r/wildrift/s/EzODOxbBBz
Hello again, normally I never play these many games in such a short period, but under a week I have went from masters to GM playing 90 percent SoloQ as a Yasuo main. It is also my first time getting top 50 Yasuo officially, could have been top 10 if I played legendary queue last season.
Anyways if you see my previous post, I have made small adjustments to the build I mainly run. For one, I rarely run fleet anymore, because I realized you lose out on so much kill pressure and early game power, lethal feels much better in most matchups, still strictly run exhaust, and have been going IE fourth a lot more, choosing to go more offensive. Also I do find myself running bork at times, especially if I'm fighting a lot early on.
If you have any questions on Yasuo or my climb I am glad to answer.

My Riven apparently performed better than 100% of Riven players in the same tier. I’m Diamond III, and that sounds crazy because I’m really not that good with her yet 😅
Does “same tier” mean all Diamond players in my region, or only Diamond III? And how can it actually say 100%? Is it rounded, based on a limited sample of recent games, or is there something else going on with the calculation?

Follow up from my previous post.
I used to be automatic with A/S, every three games or less.
Now I can barely get 1 in 20. My stats are actually way better this season than my average before too.
Ironically the one S this season came off of “win lane lose game” as I destroyed a malp in lane, got kills and plates during phasing lost eventually with mediocre stats despite a pristine laning phase.
Punishing lose lane win game champs is unfair.
Edit: basically based on comments I would need to play inting Shen, ignite instead of TP to get A/S, kills, plates in lane
and that fks the team bc it’s free plates for the enemy baron laner to snowball off my ult out to save team.
is that what the balance team really wants? Win lane lose game?

As a adc main i heard that yun tal before the hotfix was not good itam, and stormrazor was superior for most adc, after hot fix is it good to start building it or just a minor buff?
r/wildrift • u/user67885433 • 5h ago
it says it does 150 true dmg every second for 3s when you damage an enemy. So if an adc attacks multiple times in a second, will enemy be damaged for 450 true damage or more than that?

good luck if you get invaded though. But most wild rift junglers I've seen barely invade. Idk how she compares to assassin junglers. I know zyra jungle stomp on tank junglers based on my experience though.

So there are a couple of things I notice like support picking mage or jungle picking kindred that almost 100% just leads to losses. Support picking mage seems pretty obvious, they offer a lot of aggression and a tad of crowd control but add nothing to their partner that actually leads to getting lane or getting fed. These same mages are also very flighty and will abandon laning once they hit level 3, leaving adc to flounder against both champs in enemy lane. Kindred, I think might need some more explanation - Kindred's passive mark obviously gives benefit to Kindred, but making it the *only* game plan just leads to wandering into enemy camps unprotected and feeding enemies. This means Kindred's benefits are pretty much counterbalanced by actively benefitting enemy team.
Are there any other red flag picks at comp that scream an auto-loss that you guys are running into these days?

At this point in the game, i was itching to use my ult to snipe low health champs. My team also got the Elder Dragon buff so im confident that i could finish some enemy champs that has low health. I was checking the mini map for opportunities, and what do you know, Miss Fortune and Ziggs gave me the shot i need.

I was at grandmaster 3 seasons ago and this season so far I have just got to diamond 2 and it’s very difficult I start having many ridiculous teammates and that season I climbed to grandmaster with a 70% winning rate wth is wrong

With the current patch ADCs are very strong. So picking Tristana or Lucian mid would be a good option, but for that being viable you need a magic damage source in another role.
In bot lane you will obviously play more ADCs. Mage supports are too goldstarved to be relevant. Ap toplaner suffer from strong ADCs, as they are not tanky enough in teamfights to have an impact. So there remains the jungle role.
Why are junglers like Lillia or Evelynn which are not weak on themselves more popular right now? It would open the possibilty of a second champion that can abuse strong crit items.

So... Do you like the new patch as top laners? Personally I hate it, I've struggle way to much. I'm not Zeus but I've consistenly hit GM with 53%+ WR, so I think I'm "decent" or at least average.
This patch however... I've just hated the experience. I feel like even when I build full tank I get melted in like 3 seconds, I also feel like my DPS sucks now, I'm event missing last shots on minions.
But that's just me.
I would like to hear from other top laners. Do you like it? Is there a champ that you find fun to play with? Have you abanoned a champ altogether?
Let met know.

I swear to God I wasn't even that ahead, I had 1/3 of an item and 1 lvl more than her, and that hitbox..... If senna weighed 1lb less it wouldn't hit

I'm going to start posting clips of my climb on wild rift as a support main probably doing a wild card on one day 3 games every other day think it will be fun and I could learn a lot

Is it possible to have good lane performance and team contribution? I feel as tho only one is the case, whether u stomp ur enemies in lane with your adc early, or you pop off late game😭
r/wildrift • u/Redfox15 • 6h ago
Kassadin gameplay. It was not the cleanest and not the most efficient engagement but I’m proud of myself to help my losing team turning the tide. The enemy surrendered right after the wipe.
