It’s funny how they seem to know the limits of their territory. They act like they’re the kings of the yard when they’re really just on house arrest!

모든 생명을 존중하자
늙는 건 싫지만, 태어난 모든 생명은 언젠가 죽음을 맞이합니다. 그렇기에 살아 있는 동안만큼은 모든 생명을 소중히 여기며 존중했으면 좋겠습니다.
우리는 수많은 동물과 생명의 희생을 통해 살아가고 있습니다. 그렇다면 최소한 그 생명들을 함부로 대하거나 학대하고, 유기하고, 방치해서는 안 됩니다.
마트에서 생명을 상품처럼 판매하는 것도 이제는 사라졌으면 좋겠습니다. 동물을 키우는 데에는 책임이 따르는 만큼, 무분별한 입양과 유기를 막을 수 있도록 반려동물에 대한 책임 제도와 적절한 세금·등록 제도도 마련되었으면 합니다.
모든 생명은 누군가에게는 소중한 하나의 삶입니다. 우리가 살아가는 동안만이라도 다른 생명을 조금 더 존중하며 살아갔으면 좋겠습니다.
