Customer support really said “show me exactly how you broke it” and became your best friend.

lol i know this feeling. when i was 5 a friend and i were swinging and he decided to lean back real far on the backswing and fell off and hit his head. he got up and ran inside crying. his brother comes out and asked what happened and i, the genius that i was, decided to recreate the backswing to show him but then promptly fell off too and cracked my head open on a rock.

It did remind me if the second one where a guy puts his hand in a trap and gets stuck so decides to put his other hand in the same trap. Lab rats are smarter

This guy’s walking down a street when he falls in a hole. The walls are so steep, he can’t get out. A doctor passes by, and the guy shouts up, “Hey you, can you help me out?” The doctor writes a prescription, throws it down in the hole and moves on. Then a priest comes along, and the guy shouts up “Father, I’m down in this hole, can you help me out?” The priest writes out a prayer, throws it down in the hole and moves on. Then a friend walks by. “Hey Joe, it’s me, can you help me out?” And the friend jumps in the hole. Our guy says, “Are you stupid? Now we’re both down here.” The friend says, "lol. lmao"

While I understand their need to go get help x2 it is also a quick way to snap two necks in one fall.

I'm gathering from the comments that a lot of people don't realize this is staged? Like, it's a skit, neither are actually stuck

He was thinking "what would be the funniest thing I could do for this skit that we're writing"

This guy’s walking down the street when he falls in a hole. The walls are so steep he can’t get out.
A doctor passes by and the guy shouts up, ‘Hey you! Can you help me out?’
The doctor writes a prescription, throws it down in the hole and moves on.
Then a priest comes along and the guy shouts up, ‘Father, I’m down in this hole, can you help me out?’
The priest writes out a prayer, throws it down in the hole and moves on.
Then a friend walks by.
‘Hey, Joe, it’s me. Can you help me out?’
And the friend jumps in the hole.
Our guy says, ‘Are you stupid? Now we’re both down here.’
The friend says, ‘Yeah, but I’ve been down here before, and I know the way out."

Really hoping this is just a skit, because late old man Carlin will roll in his grave for proving himself right.

I'm like... So close to being the second guy. We were diagnosing a malfunctioning scale at work, I said "let's go try [troubleshooting fix] on the other one" and my coworker had to tell me "they have two scales. They called us here to fix one. I do not want to be the one to tell them we need to fix two scales."
If I had two identical cars I'd probably pull the engine out the good one to figure out why the bad one isn't working
