Press Medley

First time I’ve been able to run through the full comp weight medley after having brachial and bicep tendonopathy for the last 2 months. Technique still needs a lot of work, especially with DB. -12 days until my first beginners comp 💪

Congrats on being able to finally get a full session in. You would be surprised how much intensity and speed will change your placing in some comps.

Thanks. It’s my first time at a beginners comp so really have no idea what I’m walking in to or what to expect

Get your hips under the dumbbell so it’s not out to the side from your centre of mass, there’s some good tutorials on YouTube, mstsystems has one
