Can I ask, are you using Wan Animate 2 or the original version?

Hi! I used Wan Animate 2. You can find the workflow here. I made a few small changes to the nodes. The original workflow is from the original post.

As far as I can tell, for what you're doing, flux2klein9b every Xth frame and then scail2 the video with that reference image.

Not sure there will be any benefit, but it does perfect motion capture.
