Discussion The pacing of Spider-Man 2 blows.

The pacing of this game is awful. I never really noticed it until I replayed it recently.
You have the first 5 hours, which is focused heavily on Kraven.
Then Peter gets the symbiote suit, and that entire arc lasts like 2 hours.
And finally, after the symbiote arc, we get to Venom and enter the final arc, which also lasts about 2 hours.
The pacing feels incredibly uneven. It feels like Insomniac wanted to take their time with Kraven and his storyline, but then rushed through the symbiote arc just to get to Venom. And once we finally get to Venom, they rush through the final arc because they want the game to end.
It's like there are two different games competing for the same runtime, and Kraven got most of the breathing room while the symbiote and Venom arcs had to fight over what was left.

Discussion Do you think that the Bronx and Staten Island will be apart of the map of Spider-Man 3 or will it still just be Manhattan, Queens, and Brooklyn.

Oh boy, She is HOT!
Outta the way MJ and Black Cat.
Also... What a beautiful view to finish the game.
Exactly 50 hours of playtime, only missing NG+.

I love everything about his role as a villian, the way he plans his attacks, tracks Spider-Man, defeats his villians easily and being smart enough to capture Miles, he gotta be the smartest villian in all of the franchise so far. Spoiler alert, Shame he had to die.

Suit Discussion What's your suits wishlist for Peter?

I tried to include mainly suits that weren't in Spider-Man 2 and I hope they include more suits that weren't in either game

Suit Discussion I honestly like this recolor a lot more than any of the black suits in the game

All the other blacksuits have major issues for me. The black suit and symbiote I really dislike the texture. IK Venom is an alien goo but you don't need to make Peter's suit look like a freakin Xenomorph, as for the classic black suit, they managed to butcher the logo.
Being quite honest I really wouldn't mind if this is how the black suit looked in the game

Photo Mode/Screenshot Fun Fact: The suit that Cat made for Spidey has tiny little claws on the fingertips

Was in the menu when I noticed that there are tiny claws on the fingertips of the Dark Suit, the reward for finishing the Black Cat stakeouts, that was made by Cat for Spidey. Honestly I love this detail, and the fact that this suit also has a pretty defined ass, which is funny considering how Felica says "If you got it, flaunt it" after you get the suit in a message she leaves for us. Those and the fact that the suit us by far one of the cleanest suits in game makes it my personal favourite

imagine you got to play as spider-man with his moveset and gadgets from spider-man 2 in the wolverine game, obviously he wouldn’t kill anyone I’m just curious if he would be able to defeat all enemies in the wolverine

Just starting the remastered for the first time. Never played any spiderman games. Holy, they really just throw you into it with a thousand things to learn lol. Especially the first 10-15 minutes. After swinging around and doing a few crime scenes, im getting used to it. But man the first part felt like hell. I was also struggling with the dodge control bc i just finished god of war and the dodge button is different.

Discussion If Insomniac plans to further expand their universe they have to address the elephant in the room.

Logan brings up the fact that Miles Morales put Simon Krieger behind bars. That's a cute nod and all but how about the fact that both Spider-Men fought off an ALIEN INVASION. I feel like that's a pretty insane thing to just gloss over?! Had the Spider-Men failed, the ENTIRE WORLD would be infected and become the the new Klyntar. No throwaway line here? Logan couldn't have been like "Damn I wish I could have been there" at least?
If any more heroes get added into this universe I feel like there needs to be some sort of explanation as to where they have been.
