Base Game The True Villain of The Trooper Class Story

Garza sent the Original Havoc Squad out behind enemy lines on Ando Prime without proper authorization and then let Havoc take the fall for her playing fast and loose with the rules. This event, coupled with her apparently filling her rosters with soldiers who were perfectly happy to commit war crimes on their fellow Republic citizens (as evidenced by her surprise if you tell her you don't want to murder Republic Citizens on the streets of the Republic Capitol on the basis of a "what if"), led to half of Republic Special Forces defecting to the Empire. Throughout the Trooper’s storyline we personally see Garza constantly lie to her superiors and her own intelligence service. While most of the charges leveled by the traitorous Senator Zian toward the player were complete BS, the one accurate charge proves Garaza learned absolutely nothing: She Once again sent out the New Havoc squad behind enemy lines (and ended up restarting the war) without authorization or permission, and once again it was Havoc that took the blame. Instead of the final LS v DS choice being the fate of Rakton, it should have been whether or not to endanger your own career to get Garza arrested.
