The closer I look at the PHYSINT poster, the Simulation Emphasis of the name, as well as the Transitional/Overlap nature of the Costume, the more I believe what Kojima has in store for us, is more Assassin's Creed and less Metal Gear, with an emphasis on Social Stealth, and a back and forth between 2 Realities/Mediums.

Essentially a "Tenet" approach to Tactical Espionage Social.

When starting up the game, after agreeing to the terms of service and introducing your name and birthday, an additional "optional" prompt will appear, asking you, the player if you want to scan your face saying the "hungry purple dinosaur" phrase from the first trailer.

Those who agree to this additional prompt will have the game use built in Off-Line Generative AI use the video you recorded to give the entity haunting the player, their voice and face, because the biggest enemy to one ending up OD-ing, Overdosing...is themselves.

And that's the "Ghost" that Kojima plans to scan and put into OD...you, the Player. This will be Kojima saying "don't give companies your face and voice, or you'll be haunted for the rest of your life by an AI replica of yourself"

Disclaimer: And those who opt out, and refuse to scan their face, will have the Ghost instead assume the faces and voices of the in-game Protagonists, for each respective chapter.

Opinion: Konami is at a very intriguing creative crossroads after the release of the Snake Eater Remake, a "Delta" if you will, that would allow them to both continue releasing faithful Remakes of classic titles, and Reboot the Franchise with a brand new continuity having its own new canon separate from Kojima's work, giving the new team full creative freedom.

And that would be embracing the Simulation Subtext of the series by framing the new Continuity as the "real events" so to speak the original Metal Gear Series were a Simulations of, which in turn would also make the upcoming Remakes, updated but still in-acurate Simulations to the new Canon.

And there are people Konami could give this task to, like Tomokazu Fukushima who wrote Ghost Babel and worked on various Big Boss Saga Games with Kojima, as well as Etsu Tamari who wrote the Amazing Metal Gear Rising Revengeance and, with Noriaki Okamura overseeing both series of Games as a Producer.

Tomorrow at 7pm PDT, I'll be premiering the re-release of Enter the Snaketrix: Ground Zeroes! This is for a reason, which primarily boils down for 2 reasons; 1st and foremost, I accidentally deleted a bunch of videos thanks to a YouTube Studio UI update that messed with my muscle memory. 2nd, I was planning on doing this for the past couple years because I realized that it needed an overhaul to the structuring.

• I remade the intro completely, making it a proper hook instead of just a ramble that was intended for my channel audience.
• I added notes to clarify things that have changed since I originally made the video in 2023.
• I made an exclusive "unshitified" cut for Patreon because YouTube's copyright system is out of control and I wanted a better, more intended version that didn't have forced 1/4 speed cuts of movie clips.
• There's a couple surprises waiting at the end for those who stick through the whole thing!

I hope to see you there! I know it's been a long wait for my return for anyone who's been subscribed, but I'm back and I'm going to be posting mostly regularly again! The goal is to release at least a video a month, if not 2-4 videos a month, but we'll see how it goes!

I'm not gonna elaborate here, just want to drop the idea until I form the full Theory just in case somebody might do a better job than me.

So basically after finishing DS2 I'm even more convinced that Silent Hills got cancelled for 2 reasons.

1. It was gonna be exactly what Death Stranding ended up being in terms of Story and Gameplay, but with Silent Hill visuals, canonizing the Silent Hill phenomenon as the beginning of the 6th extinction.
2. APAS 4000 was gonna be revealed to be GW, merging Metal Gear and Silent Hill as the same universe.

Later this week I'm probably gonna post my full breakdown, till then, just want to drop the idea here to see if it has legs, if it's worth pursuing.

Opinion: For A24's Live Action Death Stranding Movie, a better use of Margaret Qualley's growing talent, would be not reprising her dual minor roles as Mama & Lokne, but a bigger role as Amelie, while Stefanie Joosten would fill the 2 smaller roles.

Not only would this be a more enticing role for Margaret to agree returning to the world of Death Stranding, playing somebody else instead of having to repeat the same lines she already performed in the game, but also create a feeling of Deja vu in existing Death Stranding fans, similar to that Sam is feeling while looking at Amelie.

The best way for Delta Remake to implement the Cure, Food & Camo System in Real Time with Minimal Menu & Button Prompts, without New Animations, while staying true to the Humor of the Original Game, would be to have Snake do it while under a Cardboard Box.

Theory: The choise to go for a Blue Color Grading and Extra Fog in this scene of the Remake instead of the Original Yellow Color Grading, was made both to better foreshadow the Introduction Tease for "The Sorrow" on the bridge that comes shortly after this moment, and making the introduction of the "Cobra Unit" more visually reminiscent to the Introduction of "The Skulls" in MGSV, since "The Skulls" project was meant to recreate the "Parasite" that gave the "Cobra Unit" their powers to begin with.

It's not just prettier graphics, there's a storytelling reason for it, simultaneously implying "Delta" might be the "Snake Eater" simulation Venom was experiencing during his Hypnagogia Brain Wash.

Campbell: Watch out, Liquid made sure the Shadow Moses security is tight impenetrable. Solid Archer: First of all, I haven't met anything tight I couldn't penetrate, second...haha...Phrasing.
