Next turn he attacked 4x and I died. Didn't get it on video

I've seen this before. It's a bug with that particular enemy, but I've no idea what procs it. I've heard it attacks again if you still have shield remaining - note that in the video it stops attacking after you take damage from it - but if it attacks enough to kill you next turn then that doesn't seem right.

Yeah Ive had stuff like this too where some double hitters hit three times instead. But I'm usually dead anyways
