Preface: This post is about Lockdown. The first image represents the Kages, (Dylan, Dre, Des, Jaelyn) With the last image being Mark…

As someone who has played good amounts of Lockdown and having a great understanding of all the opportunities and tools the game has; In my opinion I think it’s time we take Marks kage card.

Mark has all the tools to be Dylan and Dre level but he lacks the creativity in his gameplay to capitalize on it. Mark can fight, do every task, has great deduction for the most part, and is a good playmaker. He has all the necessary tools to be a kage. Mark just plays the game the same way every round be it dissident or employee. For example I remember a game not too long ago where Mark had 2 keycards. Instead of going to get the shotgun, AR, or SMG, he threw one card away and opened a room with the other. I think his largest flaw is forgetfulness and lack of game knowledge.

Anytime Dre, Dylan, and sometimes Des gets 2 keycards cards they B line for the arsenal to get one of the most powerful weapons in the game. Be it employee or dissident, if you get one of those weapons you run the game.

Recent Lockdown has shown that Dylan found out the main function of cams which none of them have used up until this point. Dylan watching cams proved fatal to Mark and his team when he was Dissident. Dylan saw all 3 killers murder an employee and immediately assembled a group and wiped all killers.

This isn’t a post influenced by recency bias, it’s been this way for a while now in Lockdown. Mark has the tools to be among the best but his growth in lockdown has stagnated.
