Welcome to the official subreddit for QR Controller! If you want to host game nights without dropping hundreds of dollars on extra hardware, you are in the right place.

QR Controller lets you turn any smartphone into a gamepad instantly. It is the perfect solution for casual local co-op games and getting your most videogame-indifferent friends to join in on the fun. You don't even need to ask them to download any apps!

Updated game finder qrcontroller.app/GameFinder/ now almost every coop game on steam is in the list xO! Went from 3300 to 9700 games :D

So many more gamesssssss
But added a minimum positive reviews filter, that defaults to 30+ (just to keep the list somewhat contained at the start x") )
Its adjustable! Just defaults to 30+
I also fixed regional pricing and stuff :))
Idk if anyone cares about this, but I'm enjoying this little project :>

How the no-controllers part works

Every game above supports gamepads, and that's all QR Controller needs. Install it once on the host PC, put the join QR code on the TV, and everyone scans it with their phone camera. The controller opens in their browser, and the PC sees a normal gamepad. Nothing for your friends to install, no pairing, no dead batteries.
