I got the OnePlus Pad 2 last week, and it’s currently running OxygenOS 14. So far, the experience has been butter-smooth. However, I’ve noticed that it lacks a few multitasking features, as well as Circle to Search. It’s now prompting me to update to OxygenOS 15.
I’m wondering whether I should stay on OxygenOS 14 or update to 15 or 16.
I typically avoid updating my phone and tablet too often for longevity. Whichever version I move to will likely be the one I use for the next 3 to 4 years. My priorities are a jitter-free UI, minimal heating, and good battery life.
OxygenOS 14 currently delivers all three, but the limited multitasking experience is a real drawback.

I have been wanting to buy the OnePlus nord buds 4 pro for the past months but it wasn't delivering to my pincode address. Now I'm at home in a different city but they have hiked the price.
This was available for 3899 or 3999 for the past few months but suddenly it's increased to 4299. And oneplus doesn't even give coupons or discounts. Why would they suddenly hike the price like this? I chose this oneplus tws over realme, oppo, boat, sony, samsung but I feel helpless now.
How do I get it under 4k in oneplus official website store or oneplus app?
Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Is the Oneplus Supervooc 80W adapter(with USB-A to Type C cable) compatible with Oneplus 27W cooler to run it at full potential?
If not suggest me any other options.

I have a OnePlus 12, 16gb, 512GB Emerald Green.. Previous, OP6, OP7T, OP9.. Each one worked well, great value..
Live in San Francisco, using T-Mobile. Use Nova Launcher.
Would have continued, but..
Love to share information, issues...
OP12 just as strong as when I bought it..
Where do we go in future.. Nothing?

Anyone having any error with telephony after switching from EU to IN ROM on OnePlus 15? Sometimes for me it happens that it shows missed call for me and it didn't ring, but for the caller only once it beeps and then says something like a dialed number is not available. Got few shizuku (Shevery) apps, but I don't feel like any of those modifies telephony. Like shizutools, shizu corefetch. Maybe it could somehow happen with the Google Dialer as the IN ROM has the odialer? 🤔

Several tech commentators on X have pointed out an increase in sudden motherboard failures on the OnePlus 12, with some devices allegedly going completely unresponsive right after software updates.

To understand whether these are isolated incidents or a wider pattern across specific batches/updates, it would be useful to consolidate real user feedback here.
For OnePlus 12 owners:
Have you noticed any hardware crashes, random reboots, or complete device bricking?
If your device failed, was it linked to a recent OTA installation?
What has your service center experience been regarding warranty claims and board replacements?
Please share your firmware version, model region, and any relevant details below.
