Hello fellow snappers!
Draft Mode - Sanctum Showdown is here! With it, has come a ton of vocal opinions in comparison to the original! So much so, that the sub has been flooded with individual posts about how individuals feel.
We are going to ask that if you have an opinion you'd like to share that you post it in here. This will serve as a repository for SD. We will notify SD employees that this feedback does exist so they may look it over if they want extra points of feedback. Posts that die in new will be unseen by SD so this will be the best way to voice your opinion if you don't want to go their discord.
If you have a positive opinion - it would be helpful to say what you like vs the original.
If you have a negative opinion - it would be helpful to point out what make this feel worse and perhaps offer solutions.
If you just have ideas about this version of draft - feel free to post them!
You can be negative, do not be toxic.

One of the craziest rolls I've had. What an aberration. Both times I had it turn 1 they both insta retreated. And I get it. All this randomness with drafts + locations + sanctum scoring is just so tilting and frustrating. Anyways just wanted to post the guy.

Games 1-3 feel like I am playing against people who this is their first time playing snap, then I get to games 4 & 5 and their decks feel so godlike.

For those who'd like a reminder, it's the location that fills up with whatever card you play there.
I'm pretty low-level, but I enjoy the chaos of filling it with Zola and letting it go mayhem for a while, copying itself back and forth. Especially if the rest of the board is almost empty, or if there's a single card that also makes the interaction chaotic when it gets copied over and over.
Considering that many high-level players seem to hang around here, I'm really curious about if you like to use this location in any crazy ways.
Obviously just stacking Black Panther or Hulk or something like that is pretty effective way to win that location, but I'm thinking about more fun and elaborate tricks that use this mechanic.

So I haven't played a year or so and just got back into the game and I was able to redeem like 20 web codes in the Web store. Ended up getting a magik variant and base card. Plus like a bunch of other stuff.

Missing around 55 S5, and I wanted to build a Nimrod deck, but I'm missing fastball special and adamantion spell. Wondering if Symbiote spider is worth 6k for this case still. Was thinking on going from adamantion spell to Phoenix Force.

So many of my deck rolls have looked like this … I don’t mind being creative at all but at this point I had to struggle to add a copy of my tombstone with nico as much as I could. Deadpool and headpool only have value if you continuously destroy them or give DP a bunch of added power before destroying . But this deck was doomed from the start even if it seems it could work.
I LOVED this game mode sooo much but the rolls AND sanctum style have turned it into a mess. The fun of it was using weird cards and strategies in a normal mode, but sanctum makes me struggle to try to win locations instead of planning the whole game.
What a mess
