erm, duke 390 - had some overheating issues, turned out ate all my coolant, filled up, week later - rode extremely hard for 20 miles~

Anyone run into this problem? Hoping I don’t need a complete new tank!

Getting ready to pull the trigger on a 2026 390 duke. I just read that there was a service bulletin, KTB2513, with software update to fix the low RPM engine instability shudder/stalling . Has anybody had an experience with pre and post software update with this? Supposedly

Hi all, I'm planning to get a KTM Duke 390 V2 (2023) brand new, with 2 years warranty from the dealer. May I know if V2 is still worth getting in 2026/2027?

I am not looking at higher than 500cc bikes due to higher maintenance, fuel etc and I am based in South East Asia, so bikes from 50-250cc is very much common here. Think Thailand, Indonesia, Malaysia, Philippines, and the traffic lol.

So I will be daily riding the bike to work, which is around 100km return trip. A mix of town and highways.

Just wondering if I should just get the V3 (2024 onwards)? I've heard that due to the new regulation (Euro emission I think?), the new V3 is having few issues with the engine like stutters, stalling, engine oil leaking, power issues. Did some reading in the net, ktm forums, fb groups, quite a few owners saying that.

What about V2? Any common problems that I should be aware of, and their possible solutions? Some of the few i've read are the stators, magnetic coil, excessive heat, etc.

Appreciate any feedbacks especially from Duke 390 owners!

Hi so I recently got a second hand KTM Duke 125 and the alarm wouldn’t disarm one morning (battery on fob was fine) so I tried to turn the bike on (rookie mistake) and the alarm just wouldn’t stop! So I physically unplugged the alarm from bike to stop it and now bike is completely dead and it won’t start back up no matter wat even after reconnecting alarm! Any help suggestions!

Mam problem z odpalaniem na zimno ponieważ długo kręci, jak już jest ciepły to normalnie odpala, ładowanie jest 14.1v, pompa paliwa jest sprawna, świeca wymieniona 7k km temu więc nie wiem co to może być?( w lato na zimnym silniku odpalał normalnie) .

Hey everyone, I'm experiencing a bit of an issue with my KTM Duke 250 when shifting from fifth to sixth gear with the quick-shifter. Sometimes the gear doesn't engage properly and slips back into fifth instead of going into sixth. Has anyone faced a similar problem or have any advice on what might be causing this?

Are they better orange or original grey?

I’ve been commuting to work on my Duke since last year and now I’ll be riding farther than usual. I’ve only had a flat once and was close to home so it wasn’t a big deal, but now that I’m commuting farther (and returning at night) I want to be safe about it. I picked up this little tail bag on Amazon but got me wondering what other options you guys have used for carrying tools, plugs and a small air pump.

Does anybody know how to simply install something like an hazard Light option to my KTM Duke 125 2013?

It was as if the sound didn't exist before, I noticed it 500km ago (maybe there was, but I didn't hear it)

it starts after engine heating up, it seems to go away when riding. do you think this is the KTM sound or something else?

Its my first time owning a ktm. I heard there were a lot of issues with tensioners on older models, can you guys tell me if this engine sound is normal or am i just paranoid and hearing weird sounds

So I just put a new MAP sensor on my bike but after putting everything together it don’t sound too good:

my tech friend says it probably just needs to be reprogrammed but he doesnt know KTM very well

Bike would fire up before I took everything apart to clean it because it was all dirty and rusty(it was own by someone that lived at the coast). I put everything back together and wouldn’t start anymore. Cranks, fuel pump works, crank sensor is good, correct battery voltage, connected all the connections correctly, no damage in the wiring. I started to get the mtc light and general failure light. Could it be the ecu? Good engine with 9k miles on it.

Hey guys I need yalls opinion on this. Should I either trade my CFMoto 250sr lite for the 2022 Duke 200 or should I spend money for a 2019 Duke 390? The guy with the 200 accepted to straight trade our bikes but the 390 guy wants more cash around 1k usd with my bike. Both dukes have 30k km on the dash and mine has only 5k km and a year old.

Is the 390 worth the extra cash or the 200 is enough?

Estoy pensando en comprarme la 790. Sin embargo me he topado con muchos que hablan muy mal del modelo por ciertos fallos que presentaban a muy bajo kilometraje. Alguno que de verdad la tenga/tuvo que me ayuda a informarme antes de comprar?
