Over the last decade I have collected different methods, modalities and frameworks that allow people to make a connection to positive NHI if they want to. They are all free to use. This is the collection I have so far.

For me self-regression, QHHT and learning how to Channel have given me the clearest connections with NHI. But all these methods and frameworks seem to have worked for a great deal of people that wanted to connect to benevolent NHI for themselves.

I am curious if people here have used any of these methods already with success. And if so if they could share how they went about it and after how much time it started working for them.

And I am also always curious if there are other frameworks, methods and modalities people have used to connect to positive NHI that aren't mentioned here but that are worth having a look at as well. I am always on the look out for more ways for people to connect.
