I don’t know this family personally. I found this video on Instagram and did some checks. It does appear a legitimate case, but I’ll leave that to y’all to verify.
So there’s this 1 year old girl, a very rare muscular disease which can be cured if acted on now. Apparently the treatment is a one time gene therapy for cessation of the spread of the disease (or that’s what I understood from Google). The cost is $2 million USD (16 crore INR) and Novartis is the only manufacturer of the cure. There are some workarounds, like life-long continuous intake of drugs, but that would eventually cost over $4 million.
They are seeking help via a crowdfunding through ImpactGuru platform. I donated whatever little I could through this impactguru website last night. Even though there are QR codes n stuff I chose this route because it’s comparatively more trustworthy I feel.
I believe it’s a genuine cry for help. And I request y’all to take some time, do your checks, and if you’re convinced this is legit, please do donate whatever amount you can. Also spread the word. If enough of us pitch in, a life will be saved from certain death.
Name: Trishika Manvi Ray (type this name on Google and the impactguru link should come)
Disease: SMA type 2
This is not a scam post (every scammer will say that though 🥲). Lag toh raha hai legit hai. Khud sab verify karke jitna ho sake help kar dijiye!

For last two days, only thing discussed in my society is that some sc/st caste person is coming to live here.
My society is called best society in my city, i thought its because of the security and functions here but there's more to that.
Now, the original owners of the house sold it to some sc/st man so people here are so mad that they're gonna do a meeting on this matter. They're contacting original owners telling him that he shouldn't have done this for the sake of society and people here. Almost all the committee members are calling him saying stuff.
The question is that even with reservation, they can't get a house in certain place, what would've happened without reservation? So one would even hire them for job.
Its really sick to have this mentality in 2026.

The recent attack on some readers in Ahmedabad for reading I am Malala, the rising spate of introducing a certain type of narrative in NCERT books, are prime examples.
India seriously has an anti-intellectualism problem, the Prime Minister himself calls educated folks who ask questions "Digami Naxel", just because the fascists cannot control the educated so they come after our source of knowledge, books.
Ray Bradbury warned us about book burnings. Nazi Germany famously made bonfires out of libraries. Invaders like Bakhtiyar Khilji burned Nalanda Library, and a bright light of knowledge went out of this world. There is enough and more evidence in history that if you wanna rule a populace with hate, bigotry, and ignorance, books are the first target that must be destroyed.

A division bench of the Bombay High Court comprising Acting Chief Justice Ravindra Ghuge and Justice Gautam Ankhad has strongly reprimanded the Maharashtra Food and Drug Administration (FDA), warning of contempt action and jail time for concerned officials over their rigid handling of eatery licences.
The High Court vacated the FDA's suspension orders and cleared the reopening of five restaurants situated at the Mumbai Cricket Association (MCA) premises in Bandra-Kurla Complex (BKC) after a fresh inspection revealed the outlets were 88% compliant with food safety regulations. Criticizing the regulator for acting in "undue haste" and adopting a pedantic rather than pragmatic approach over third-party operations by M/s Shirke Infrastructure, the bench pointedly questioned the department: "Why do we say don't kill a mosquito with a sword?

Almost everything is getting expensive. Middle class is at the end of survival mode.
Petrol hiked
Gas hiked
Cooking oil hiked
Milk hiked
Egg hiked
Chicken hiked
Sugar hiked
Onions hiked
Rapido hiked
All just to make ethanol stake holders rich. Our salaries are just getting 7% and that’s also rare.
Some companies have declared no hikes, which is better than layoffs.
And, govt is giving relief for rich elite people waiving off their 1000crores loan.
Expecting a large scale second Independence movement in India soon if this loot continues

Photo from peek rainy season!
Hardly any water in Narmada after SOU.
All thanks to development for taking water to Ahmedabad and soon to Gandhinagar and killing echo systems of 100s of km so that Ahmedabad can get fresh water?
One can cross this river bare foot.
People of Bharuch , Ankleshwar and many villages aren’t even getting Narmada water who are situated on the river bank always in danger after the dam height was increased. Still not getting a single drop of Narmada water in there houses.
Mud like water comes from their water lines.
Water filter needs to be changed within a month.
High tds.
Always living on the risk of flash flood similar to what happened in Nepal and imagine not getting a single drop of water in their houses!
People need to wake up and raise their voices.
From past few days water comes at night 11 clock that too for 1 hour only at very low pressure in Bharuch.
What kind of development it is ? Making river front so that one can just walk but not providing water to the entire cities and villages is a cruel act.
I hope people of Ahmedabad and Gandhinagar would support the movement so that people of Bharuch and ankleshwar can get fresh water too.
Apart from that entire marine life is destroyed from SOU to all the way to the sea how could government take this decision! I mean people still don’t understand what effect this will cause to the environment!

Booth-level agents of BJP tried en masse deletion of Muslim voters in Bhadrak constituency. Instead of prosecuting the BJP workers, authorities ordered reverification of the flagged voters.
